If I could give this place zero stars, I most definitely would. I will NOT be returning to this place. When I spoke to one of the front office receptionists, she acted as if I had done something wrong.
I spoke to her in a calm and loud enough voice. All she did was roll her eyes at me.
To the mean receptionist: If you hate your job then find another freaking job!

Place is terrible. The eyecare: prescriptions contact fitting etc. is very good. I was please d with my glasses and contacts, however the front office staff are so incredibly rude. They do not value customers at all. Theyre never open, their message line is always full, they canceled my appointment without helping to get me in for another one. No longer worth the thousands of dollars I’ve spent there.

I’ve been going here for quite a while but. As of 2014 I’ll be spending my money elsewhere. Went in for my yearly eye exam and contact fitting. The new young lady at the wise ave. location not only did she give me the wrong samples for my contacts but the wrong prescription for glasses as well lucky for me I didn’t get another pair glasses.
So what that being said i made another appointment to see another doctor at the wise ave location and given multiple contacts to get the correct prescription for my eyes I was told I had to pay $ 75 for all the samples that were used on me. If the young lady doctor would’ve got it right the first time I would’ve not had to come back and the male doctor was so rude about me having to pay the $ 75 I’ll never go back to them again. I’ve bought a lot of designer frames from there but not anymore.

I really wanted to like these guys. They’re nearby, they take my insurance, and the doctor was actually pretty cool. But the combination of the fact that I’ve been waiting three weeks for my glasses and the fact that the staff is pretty rude makes me sad. The staff were fine when I was in the office – not the friendliest on earth, but I’ve been a receptionist, so I can understand that a bit. But when I call they’re always blunt and not the least bit friendly. When I called to check on my glasses after the given time was up (14 days) they didn’t even say «sorry about that» or anything like that when the glasses weren’t in. Just «oh there was a delay». I’m actually bummed. They have some cute frames, though they’re expensive, and I liked the doctor himself. But the wait and the staff mean I’m not coming back.

Please avoid at all costs. I actually went to another location (dundalk) but after reading the previous poster’s review, i now know this «chain» specializes in unprofessionalism and rudeness.
