LOVE this place. This has one of the best selections of all things Baltimore. This is my go-to place for gifts for friends moving out of Baltimore(and sadly this list has gotten pretty big lately…). There’s tons of ornaments and prints and baby clothes and decorations, etc etc. The«future Hon» onesie that Elsa mentioned is adorable. The Ramon Matheu Old Bay print is one of my favorite things I’ve purchased here and a perfect addition to my kitchen.

Need to find a gift? Bored in Canton and just want to check out a funky little store? Well, 2910 is the place for you! Located in the middle of Canton Square, 2910 carries a lot of random items and gifts, ranging from Jewish items to Baltimore-centric things to soaps to whatever. It’s all located in a rowhouse that has multiple floors for you to check out. There’s a few dogs that wander around the store(I’m guessing they’re the owner’s dogs) but they’re really calm, small, and really don’t bother anybody. Even if you are afraid of dogs – that shouldn’t stop you from coming in… they’re really well-trained(and cute) :) One thing that I really liked was that they carried City Dining cards here. They sell two different packs(one for drinking, one for dining) and each are $ 20…which is a great value if you eat out a lot in Baltimore or want to give a gift to a Baltimore foodie friend. There are various restaurant cards/coupons where if you buy one drink, you can get another(under $ 10) for free(for the drinking cards) or if you spend over $ 30, you get $ 10 off(for the dining cards). Use them twice and you break even. It’s a quirky little store but like Baltimore, it has a charm all its own. Certainly worth a visit(or more).

I always love places that let my puppy stroll in like she owns the place. I was able to browse all the great stuff, much of it locally made, while my puppy sat on a warm dog bed and chewed on a bone as big as her head. The service is excellent. The last time I visited, Elisa was working and she helped me with everything I needed. Be sure to have her wrap what you buy if it’s going to be a gift – the recipient will love it all the more!

This store is the absolute perfect place to get a gift for literally anyone in your life, no matter who you are. The owner is a complete sweetheart whom I legitimately enjoyed talking to. As an added bonus, there are 3 adorable dogs hanging out in the shop who will melt your heart.

Pay attention, holiday shoppers. This review is for you. I came into 2910 On The Square yesterday in search of a WoodWick candle for my sweetie. I was tipped off by fellow Unilocaler Jess I that they had them here. Bingo. Thanks Jess. The shop itself is loaded with fun and quirky Baltimore gifts like Mr. Boh and crabs and such, bath goodies and smelly stuff galore. They have a second floor as well but I didn’t make it up there. In the front they seem to have a lot of fun Hanukkah gifts and decorations for the 8 Crazy Nights folks. There seems to be something for everyone in this little shop. I got to talking to the owner while checking out and she told me that they do gift wrapping as well. Yea yea yea, I’ll save my $$ and botch up the wrapping at home. But wait. For a $ 1 donation to one of three local charities my little bundle of joy was gift wrapped for me and I’m talking a nice gift wrapping. Totally not something I could do. So for $ 1 to the Canton Food Bank I got my little package all prettied up. Now that was an awesome value that put the extra pizazz on my gift. Check this place out if you’re on the Square in Canton. It’s worth the visit.

OMG this place is a feast for the creative eyes! If you need a gift for anyone — your aunt, you spouse, your neighbor, your dog, or even yourself, you MUST come here. I hate giving generic gifts — things you could find anywhere that take no thought or imagination. I like to leave the boring thoughts to myself at least if I have them. Why share them with the world? A gift is an extension of your BEST self and 2910 has the best. What I love about the shop is that it is oozing with Baltimore pride. You can even buy a baby’s onesie with«future Hon» on it. LOL! There’s artwork from various neighborhoods, including wooden paintings of known pubs in Fells Point and Orioles shirts and purses. 2910 is literally like walking around in very quirky, cluttered, but cool, house. You can go all the way to the back and there is another room there or up the stairs to the second floor where the baby section is next to the martini glass set up. Since the store was a house before, one of the full bathrooms was turned into a display room filled with bath soaps, salts, and merchandise. Clever and cute! I could go one and on about this shop all day, but I would be wasting your time. The next time you need to pick up a cool little something, whether it’s jewelry or a cork screw, go to 2910 on the Square. You won’t be disappointed.

We’ve been in this quirky little shop a few times and always end up buying something. Tonight was no exception. There are all kinds of nifty little artsy gifts in there and they are open late. If you are in Canton Square, stop in and you won’t be disappointed.

I wouldn’t tout this as a store to buy Judaica. We took a cab there, which was a total waste of money. It’s a small store, and I think it’s larger claim to fame should be it’s jewelry. Some of it was quite nice.

This eclectic local store is in the heart of Canton Square in Baltimore, MD. The store is owned and run by an amusing woman who has 3 «watch dogs» that can often be seen roaming through the store looking for someone to pet them(they are wonderfully friendly dogs that love everyone). As you roam through the store you’ll find everything from cool housewarming gift ideas to wedding presents to home office/décor. Each piece is handmade with many local artists’ works on display and for sale. This store is THE place to go if you want to get a nice, fun, and unusual gift or decoration that reflects the changing neighborhood it resides in. Prices range from affordable to «maybe later» so there is something for everyone here. Also, I’m not Jewish, but I noted that there are a lot of items there for those who are or need a gift that is for the the Jewish person in your life. Another bonus for those of you who are in to community activism– they support the community and are currently participating in «neighbor’s Night Out» which is to raise awareness and funds for a neighbor, Zach Sowers, who was beaten into a coma coming home one night. This is definitely a «feel good» place where you’ll always find that unique gift and leave feeling good that you supported a local, independent business.
