ok, my previous Chiro was a powerlifter, and he needed to be, I can get pretty screwed up with all the stuff I do. When I Met John, he was training as a triathlete and knew about alot of the problems I went through as as athlete as a result of his own training. So far he is the only one to help me get my hips, shoulders and back running in good order. He doesn’t just focus on the Rackem-Crackem stuff. He explained how diet, stretching and exercises play a role in my over all heath and he explains the outcomes of my behaviors, ie, not stretching enough. He can tell because he did it too. He has never really judged me, even though he could have said what the hell were you thinking plenty of times. He just goes to work and let’s me know what I need to do to get back on track and stay there. He is extremely knowledgeable about muscles and how they fire, or don’t and what happens as a result. He also believes in using modern equipment to help aid the healing process, something I have found to be highly beneficial. I recommend him because I use his services, maybe to frequently, but I know my life is in good hands and I have come to trust him as a healthy life coach, not just my Chiro. If John ever had one knock against him, it is he is not the best at adjusting necks. Now I am comparing him to the guy at the Chiropractic College that teaches neck adjustments, but still, John gets it done, and does it well, if only his neck adjustments where, shall we say smoother and quieter? Then again it may just be how bad I have screwed it up from rocking climbing falls. If you are in need of a chiro, I would go see him. Tell him I sent you! He actually thanks me for every referral, to which I reply, I need him to stay in business to I can keep messing up and staying alive, we both chuckle, because it’s true!
