Laser Me

My experience with this company was completely negative from the moment I walked in. I had to wait 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there for my first appointment. Then the owner said I had to pay additional money for my laser hair removal package because the groupon was recently expired, even though I called ahead and asked if that was okay before I made my appointment. I went ahead and paid it because I had already drove 40 minutes and waited and filled paperwork out.
I was a little nervous with the whole experience to begin with and the lady that did my hair removal didn’t ask me many questions or anything she kind of just started doing it. I would have been fine with that if my hair removal actually worked!!! I didn’t notice any changes at all. I went back a couple more times and still almost no change in my hair. The last time I was in, the owner snubbed me again. I’m not going back because my overall experience with them was a huge waste of time and money.
