I’ve been to this location several times and never had a positive experience. Customer service is dreadful. Something about this particular Jiffy Lube at Manchester & Clarkson must be wrong. Even the managers seem unhappy here. I would go anywhere but here.

Jiffy Lube is solid. I know that I can always depend on them to get my oil changed in a timely and courtious manner.
This was my first visit to this location and the folks were really nice. I really enjoyed the fact that they did not try to hard sell me on the additional services they offer. I was provided an explaination of each but they were not shoved down my throat.
I also love the fact that they top off any fluids and make sure you tires are at the proper pressure. I will stop by again.
