After totally being ignored a few weeks ago by a similar store in Ballwin, I walked in here near closing on a Sunday afternoon and had fantastic service. Within twenty minutes I walked out $ 500 lighter and thrilled with the customer service.
Spend your time and money here; avoid that place in front of Target in Ballwin.

Great place! Extremely knowledgable and friendly staff.
Stopped in with the wife on a Saturday morning. Had a question about an issue with my Weber grill that could have turned into a sale of something but instead yielded a referral and a recommendation for dealing with the manufacturer.
