I called six places to get pricing on carpet cleaning. Some were local companies and others were large national companies. We are so glad we went with Tim at Shamrock. It was clear very early in the conversations that he was not going to over-​sell me on services I didn’t need. Some of the other places wanted to double the price for a «deep» cleaning and others up-​charged for every little detail they could find. As best as I can tell, Tim’s cleaning is about as deep as you can get.
He showed up on time and was courteous and professional throughout the entire 3 hours of cleaning that he did. We wanted to clean as much of the carpet surface as possible so we needed to move a lot of furniture. Tim was happy to help us do much of that and he provided cushion stilts and plastic to protect our furniture legs from any dampness left from the cleaning process. Since I built most of the furniture in my house, it was quite nice to find someone who was willing to work carefully to prevent any damage. I truly do not think the other places around here would have been so careful.
Even worse is that some of those companies are still badgering me via email and phone for service.
I should also mentioned that Shamrock was very affordable. He was half the price of the most expensive company (a local one). I have no hesitations about asking Tim to come back again next year to clean our carpets again.

Good job with cleaning, reasonable price, and extraordinary flexibility with scheduling. I actually felt bad with the multiple changes in cleaning appointments (all my fault), but not once did he express any impatience, and each instance he tried to find a time that would work. We are glad to have used him!

Tim is very professional, on-​time and courteous. He does an amazing job! In the 10+ years that we’ve been using his services, I’ve ALWAYS been very pleased with Tim’s work! So far there’s not be one stain he couldn’t get out!

I was very satisfied with the service from Shamrock carpet cleaning. They were very professional and did a great job cleaning the carpet. He took great care to protect the walls and stairway to make sure the equipment didn’t scratch or damage the paint.
