I was at this place yesterday with my family and had an alright experience. The service was very slow. The food was pretty good. When we got to the restaurant the wait was not too long only 5 mins which was good and we liked the table we had(in the bar area). Our waitress was very nice but took a while to bring the food out. During the appetizers, I had ordered a chicken enchilada soup and it never came out so I had to ask for it.

I love this place for lunch with my kids and my mom but this past time we went it was horrible the waitress was not friendly and most of all the food tasted stale. My son got cheeses quesadillas and they where like eating card board and I had the quesadilla explosion salad and mine had come the same way it was horrible. My mom had ordered a burrito and the waitress for got her sides. After this experience it was such a turn off so we will not be returning for quite some time.

Lived in Somers for two year and never really stopped in at this restaurant, I wish I would have kept that habit. Drink was more for a grandmother, weak would be the word I’d use if I tasted any vodka. I’ve had Tito’s it’s smooth but not imaginary. Food took forever, finally came and it was cold. The skillet that was«very hot! Be careful» was barely warm. My rice bowl was an ice bowl and so was my wife’s. My kids Mac n Cheese has Mac n cheese crust on it. I sent mine back, and it came as everyone else was ready for desert. And just to show I’m not being a jerk, it was 26 mins later. Yes they did the right thing and didn’t charge for them but I was still very disappointed. It’s simple/stupid food, there is never a reason to serve cold food. Oh well

Understaffed. The waiters and waitresses are super nice and friendly, but they do not have enough help to keep up with customer demand. We sat next to two tables that weren’t even bussed yet for the duration of our meal. Really gross. Food is always decent though and it’s convenient for us, but that’s the only plus.

The food is really good but for the second time I ordered take out gave them 60 minutes before I came to pick up the food and for the second time in 4 weeks my food was NOT ready! This time I was told 5 minutes before it was ready… it’s been 23 minutes and I’m still waiting! Like I said the food is good but when you give one full hour for food and you end up waiting for now almost 30 minutes so a total of 90 minutes that’s not cutting it!

This location of Chili’s has been here for a long time. Long enough to undergo a revamping of the previous cheesy décor. Although attention was paid to the exterior, and most of the interior, the BATHROOM was never touched. It still exhibits the look, and feel of the pre-makeover Chili’s. It’s STILLFILTHY as ever, RUNDOWN, and quite honestly made me lose my appetite. The sign of ANY good restaurant no matter it’s price range is a CLEAN bathroom. If they allow their bathroom to be so gross, what’s going on in the kitchen? Shortly after the remodel, the staff was present and attentive. When we went there this evening, we stood at the front and experienced a few eye rolls from a waitress that happened to see us. She went in the back with a sour puss only to exit and greet us with a phony«Hi Welcome to Chili’s» 5 minutes later. She sat us and then another waitress took our order. The Manager is a bit STIFF and pretentious. She delivers the food to the tables, which is a nice touch, but is either oblivious as to what is going on here, or doesn’t really care as long as she gets paid for being there. As I’m typing this my stomach isn’t fairing well. Someone has dropped the ball at this particular location. Booths aren’t cleaned on a continuous basis, and it shows. We witnessed an older waitress who should know better, use the same dirty rag and spray bottle to wipe down tables and benches. GROSS!!! So basically anything that was on a bench(people’s bums, a child in a diaper, an elderly persons diaper covered bum, etc. is now on the very place you serve people food and beverages? Her home must be disgusting! We won’t be back! NEXT!!!

We spend way too much time in this joint. But the food is pretty decent, and we always get free stuff because we belong to their email club. So it’s always a very inexpensive meal. The service is hit or miss. We usually sit in the bar area because my husband thinks the service is better there. The appetizer specials during happy hour are good, too. The chocolate molten lava cake is unreal.

Love this place. Great go to local spot. Love the 2 for $ 20 deal, comes with App. Happy hour specials are 2 for 1 Plenty of flat screens to watch the game both in The dining room or the bar area. Staff is always friendly and helpful even to my BFF who can be a picky eater.

Great and consistent dining! Always a fun place to go grab some food and get a margarita or 5. The manager Greg is an absolute stud and that place wouldn’t be what it is without him. All you ladies out there I heard he’s single… Wow! what else could you ask for?! Go there get some food, get a drink and get at him!!!

This chilis is normally good but I don’t know what happened because I went in during Labor Day weekend and I ordered a sampler and my date ordered the fajita trio. The fajita came out cold and had to be sent back to be warmed up and the bread on my sliders was stale. My date complained about the shrimp being over cooked and the steak as well was over cooked the rice had texture as if it were reheated multiple times. The server never came back to give me service therefore I wasn’t able to ask for another drink until I was done with my entre I was thirsty the whole duration of my meal, my server only checked up on me at the very end. The service isn’t that great and the food isn’t good either. I was totally disappointed the only good part was the chips and guacamole.

Had lunch today with mom and 17 month old. The lady who was our waitress was really nice and friendly(the guy helping her, though he got us what we needed was flat… no personality whatsoever!) Mom and I did the 2 for $ 20… Chips n Guac … both got Chicken Fajitas … i’m always happy with this choice… Ordered the Crispy Chicken Strips with French Fries for my little one… she didn’t love them but didn’t hate them.(I tried one and could have ate the whole basket) Overall it was a pleasant visit.

Burgers and fries. Tacos and burritos. What you’d expect from a Chili’s. No big thing.

I remember when this place opened and everyone flocked here b/c it was the only Chili’s around and I guess Westchester is stupid enough to love franchise joints(gross.) The parking lot is adequate to home enough cars which means prepare for a large wait if you want to eat here thurs-sat; anytime after five. I’ve legit waited over 30 minutes in the past but only b/c I was with ppl who INSISTED we had to stay, as if they were giving away free morning after pills with the nacho plattters and beer. [Otherwise I prefer New Bön accross the parking lot.] Those who sit at or in the bar, are the pathetic type who have nothing else to do on a weekend and think they are cool b/c they are of age to drink. Been there and done it, I’m guilty too. Happy Hour I remember being pretty boss and rather cheap so what the hey. Food is the typical freezer to oven or nuke for your caloric pleasure. You can also buy it from your grocers freezer and enjoy at home for your own fat night experiences. I used to come here at 17 and get the 2 for 1 margaritas and go home not being able to speak. Fun times but that just proves how little alcohol you are actually getting in the drinks. Stick with the brewskies. If you want greasy, diner type food of the Americo-Mexi version, this is your haven. If you like eating with teeny boppers that are not yet old enough to drive but are bored by the malls, along with the irritating family of four that crawled out of their dungeon raised ranches… YIPPEE!!! COMETOCHILI’S! It’s really just a «whatever» place that can suck or you might enjoy it depending on your tastes.

Simply put, it’s Chili’s. What that means is a run of the mill dining experience that you can get from an Applebees or TGI Fridays. This Chili’s however has very good staff. Lets start with the basics, parking lot is huge, place is cool looking and clean. Host staff is friendly and usually pretty quick. They have pagers which is a plus. Host and wait staff is very friendly, i rarely had issues with seating or getting served. A rather noisy environment, also the brown concrete floors take away from the«cozy» factor. The food: it is Ok for what it is, American style Mexican food. Burgers are big and greasy(good for some people bad for others). Triple Dipper Appetizer is good with wings, Mexican egg rolls and Ckn crisper. However, i noticed the portions on things have shrunk over the few years have been going and prices are rising. Ribs have less meat, ckn crisper are smaller and so on. The efficiency of the place and the staff are what keeps this from dipping down to a 3.

Chili’s is a really good restaurant… The waiters and waitress’s are so sweet and have a bold personality. When your about to get your table your waiter tells you their name and you feel like your at home. If I were you I would get the Margarita Chicken it is one of my favorites. If you have room for desert their chocolate molten cake is to die for! The prices are great as well. Overall, Chili’s is a great restaurant for a fun family Dinner and when you need to follow a budget.

Franchise restaurant that’s not much different from Applebees. Food isn’t all that great, but it’s greasy and addictive. This place is always packed, maybe cause there’s really no where else for the local kids to go to. On weekends this place actually had a wait. They are kind enough to have pagers for you, but why would anyone wait to go to chilis?
