WaBa Grill

This place is getting skimpy on there servings especially for there Chicken teriyaki bowls. The girls that work here are not customer friendly. I had a coupon that had expired 2 days ago and they would not honor it. There soda machine area is very dirty. I’ll look around for a friendly Waba restaurant.

Extremely clean the employees are very helpful and welcoming they always get my order right (I’m a picky person) my favorite place to go after the gym!

The male manager is really rude. After they mest up my order didn’t give me what I paid for. Drove all the way back just to get attitude from him. He needs to find another job.

I love this place. its always clean. The staff is always polite and helpful. I phone in my order and it is ready within minutes, I can enjoy my plate within my ½ hour lunch.

Food was prepared EXACTLY how I asked for it, I was very pleased with that. I asked for onions on the side, brush only of the sauce, and that’s exactly what I got. I was also pleased with how friendly the cashiers were there. The gentleman in the back manning the grill was also very nice. The restaurant was clean, tables clean, and also the area where the sauce is at, was SUPER clean.

Food great but the service was a lil sucky today girl with blond hair and nose stud had attitude like if she didn’t like her job not a good way to greet costumers maybe a costumer service class would be great never had a problem before, the other girls are super friendly, overall great food with a crappy greet service !

The place is always clean and they give you the orders fast. Everything is healthy which is a plus compared to other unhealthy fast food. I order the number 18 with brown rice. The location in Baldwin Park offers a Tuesday special of 2 chicken bowls.

Always fast, always tasty, always awesome. Best Waba I’ve been to.
Would love to see Rockstar Energy as an option with the available Monster Energy in their beverage fridge.

Yummy… I’m full. It’s pretty good. Clean, friendly. They need to get yellow peppers. Don’t like jalapeños but i guess this neighborhood calls for it

I’ve been here before and never had the chance to write a review, until today… I tried the salmon bowl with avocado for the first time and truly enjoyed it. Very tasty and not dried at all. The avocado was fresh and they are generous with the portion. The restaurant itself is clean and well maintained, staff are also nice and service is quick.

I highly recommend Waba Grill in Baldwin Park. The food is always great. I love the half and half bowl (steak and chicken) over rice. Their store looks great, there is a ton of parking and the shopping center is actually really beautiful too! I will absolutely come back here!

The food: not to bad. quality, and healthy.
The ambiance: nice and clean.
BUT, if you walk into a restaurant, and you are going to spell chemicals because they are cleaning the place. Use chemicals that have a nice scent to it. I was sitting there, and they were moping the floors around me. I was so annoyed and think that is the biggest turn off. I don’t need to sit there and smell all that crap when I’m trying to enjoy my lunch. As healthy as this place is, isn’t it unhealthy to inhale that stuff?
I asked the waitress, if she can please stop cleaning around my table, as the smell was really bothering me. She was nice and apologized.

At WaBa Grill, they strive to serve the best possible teriyaki menu items using all natural ingredients, and no artificial additives like MSG. They use fruit and vegetables to enhance the flavor of their amazing teriyaki sauce. They use boneless, skinless, fat-​trimmed chicken, and other high quality meat. Their salads are prepared shortly before serving, their veggies are lightly steamed to perfection, and all meats are charbroiled. No oil is ever used for cooking, and nothing is fried.
Staff: efficient and friendly, no complaints there.
Parking: located inside a big plaza with a lot of parking spaces
I’ve been here couple of times and have ordered the same thing every time. I’ve either ordered the salmon bowl or plate (substituted with brown rice and got all steamed veggies instead of salad) and every time it came out just how I had expected it. Salmon, veggies and brown rice cooked to perfection. Salmon was not dry at all. I like to pour their hot sauce and teriyaki sauce over the salmon. YUMMY!
Price: kind of pricey, but then again you get what you pay for.
I wouldn’t mind coming here again.

This fast food restaurant believes in using no oil to grill promo healthy eating. The place looks bright and clean. The air conditioning is sufficient as well. I ordered the chicken and steak combo for around 8 dollars. My order was ready within 2 minutes after ordered. It was a good complete and balanced fast food meal with veggies and fruit.

2 stars. I take customer service serious. Food is good. I ordered around 8:37 and they mad me take it to go. They close at 9, I could tell they wanted to get out of work on time, just saddens me how their customer service diminishes as the clock gets closer to closing time.

I frequently go there. The food is quick and great. I would like to see more coupons or great deals for frequent customers. Their chicken and steak plate is awesome.

This review is based on the salmon plate only. The flavor is good and especially when it’s cooked just right it really hits the spot. Fresh and healthy, you even have the choice of white or brown rice. Sometimes I like the salmon cooked almost burnt, I note a change in flavor almost Cajun-​like.
The place looks clean with enough parking spaces, but it gets packed around lunch time. I noticed a few black and whites parked outside. I feel safe already. Lol
Haven’t tried eating in, I get my food to go so I haven’t noticed the uninvited guests with wings.
I’ll be back for sure for another salmon plate to go.

They food in amazing, the price is amazing, and the staff is freaking amazing. Every time I go there the staff actually take their time to talk to you and make you feel welcomed. We have a lot of work lunches here, and will be back soon!

Finally nice to have a waba grill near my house.
Its the same as any other waba grill. The prices are fair, the employees are nice, and its a good healthy place to eat. Will be back soon.
