If you go, get their special carne asada nachos. They are bomb. I order this all the time and i could never be tired of it. & the employee are nice. I think this place is most def under rated,

Over priced, Disappointing, flavorless dishes, servers have no personality and apparently cant smile. I didn’t even get a «Thank you» as we left. The only going for them is that they offer many salsas.

First time here. Ordered 3 shredded beef tacos. They literally filled the tacos up with lettuce and gave a pinch of beef. Horrible. I will never be back. See the photo I attached for proof

Workers were very courteous and patient. I asked for a cup of water and they had a pitcher. Very clean. Food was great

Craving tacos in my way back from Vegas. Got the special on Sunday. Today after Kaiser bought my pop breakfast burrito !!!

I gave it 1 stars only beacause the drive thru employee was super nice and gave me lots of salsa. Other than that yuuuckk! The enchilada plate was horrible. The taquitos were hard & chewy. Hard shell tacos, sawgy and oily. Over all its white washed and a waste a money.
NEVER AGAIN!

I put two stars not because the place was unclean or had bad service but because the food was over priced for mediocre food… The fish tacos were expensive for them being frozen and deep fried… The torta special was alright it was missing the beans so it was more like a chicken sandwich… The service was good and the salsa bar is good as well but won’t be in no rush to come back to this place again

LOVE the food here, starting with their beans — EXCELLENT! I always get a bean and cheese burrito, sometimes a combo but I don’t like rice in my burrito so I order it without. The Carne Asada rocks, perfectly tender and full of flavor. The soft tacos are simple but with a variety of condiments, you can customize your food to your taste. Just fabulous. How Taco Bell survives in Baldwin Park I’ll never know. Prices are so reasonable, it is a great value.

For a blend of Mexican food, with a wait-​but-​not-​too-​too-​long, colorful décor and a guilty taste, I come here.
Americanized Mexican food served here such as the crunchy taco and all the items with orange cheese.
Mexicanized Mexican food served here such as the items with extra onion.
Torta’s with soft bread and good common ingredients served here.
Wait time is longer than fast food, but not a 20 – 30 minute wait, more like 5 – 15 minutes.
Parking lot is never too crowded in the day time.
Cash, credit card payment accepted.
I enjoy grabbing something during lunch, the crunchy taco is a guilty pleasure, the burrito is filling, the Torta is my love.
This is not my favorite Mexican place, the seating is so-​so, the variety of food will appeal to some but confuse or disappoint others, however, I have enjoyed the menu so far.

Menudo is good and tamales… ok. I don’t like salty tamales or mostly masa in em. Owner has to get some balls and spend the money to fix the place up (Covina Taco Ready). Show some respect for the customers. There are some folk who think quality and would rather satisfy the appetite elsewhere. No flys buzzing around, clean floor, clean restrooms, a nice clean ceiling
and windows and how about some new friggin chairs dude! The place has a couple of nice plants! Lol! C’mon, upgrade and let go of your money.

Their Carnitas tacos are amazing! Also, their piña colada is very delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves tacos. Will definitely be back for some more.

Food is ok, don’t get fish tacos they aren’t fresh, from a frozen box to the fryer. Dirty place, could at list clean the tables or the walls. Place is run down. I think food can be better if they take care of the place … Looks too dirty to comfort … Won’t be coming back

Came here once with my mom and son 2 years ago and have not been back since.
Back then I got a free breakfast burrito for checking in. It wasn’t that memorable. One of the good things going for them is their salsa bar, that way you can hook up your burrito, taco, or whatever it is you ordered. Even so, I think food has to have a good base and not just to hide behind a great salsa. My son had carnitas and carne asada tacos. He said they were ok. Mom had chicken tacos and complained that they were salty. Anyway, I could’ve had an inkling of how the visit was going to be when during the brunch hours, I didn’t have a hard time finding any parking.
Two stars for good Customer service and the place was clean with adequate lighting.
I want to support local businesses but sadly this isn’t one of them.

My boyfriend and I live down the street from this place and decided to give it a try. I had Barbacoa tacos and carnita tacos. They were so delicious! My boyfriend had hard shell tacos and he absolutely loved them! The customer service was perfect and they get 5 stars for how clean it was even thought It was busy!

Man you would think for a place that has the word taco in their name, they would at least be able to make a decent or good taco. Not the case. I tried this place years ago and and stopped going for the same reason I’m putting this review for.
I want this place to be good but not the case for the tacos. Not sure about other items on menu. The meat from Asada tacos look light and more or a boiled look than a chard crisp look. They just didn’t look good and the taste reflected. Plus the the trimmings weren’t so great ether, radishes looked dry and old. Won’t go here again for another 5 – 7 years when I forget about this experience.

Clean, friendly, good food. Ordered the breakfast burrito. They give you the burrito open and you fill it with salsa and whatever your heart desires salad bar style. When your done they fold it for you. Yum.

I came here and ordered 3 Al Pastor tacos to go. They gave me the wrong order, I think I got carne asada no taste very bland. People was getting the burritos for $ 5.25 I’ll try them next time.

Asada tacos are chill not chewy or fat in them. I’d give this place 3.7 out of 5

Food was excellent for a chicano style food restaurant. I got the huevos rancheros (excellent choice). What wasn’t good was the fact that they didn’t have the AC on knowing it was 90 degrees we had no choice but to fan ourselves. The register lady/​girl couldn’t even hold a smile to make us feel welcomed. And they only have machine made orchata, Jamaica disgusting.
Other than that it was good.
