I would give 0 stars if it was an option. The absolute worse experience I’ve ever had at a hotle. The service was TERRIBLE. The lady behind the counter was a tottal bitch from the start. She yelled at me like if I was a child. To top it off I was only there for 20 minutes when the manager started attempting to knock the door down while yelling «NO VISITORS. I SAW. NO VISITORS!» when i confronted them they acted like it was my prevlage to stay there. These people are total scum bags. Never go there.

This place is horrible!!! Do not stay here! The staff is rude and unprofessional. And they start harassing us. My husband and I were in our room and they were banging on our door accusing us of having other people in our room, which we did not. Then they told us they had every right to come in our room if they wanted to while we occupied it. If i could give zero stars I would.
