Katasleen’s Shell Station

The people here are always friendly. But the actual shell is not the best. The prices are typically the lowest from all the surrounding Shells but not ALWAYS.
The air pump is a headache to use, you have to go inside to ask for them to turn it on, they tell you, just push the button. Sometimes theyll turn it on after one push, other times three, every once in awhile youll have to go in a second time to remind them.
Another pet peeve of mine about this place is their window cleaner squeegee. All of them are pathetic IF you can find one. I have seen better ones at the 99 cent store. Also the «liquid» for the «cleaning» of your windshield is none other then the fancy H2O. Most respectable gas stations have some sort of window wash.
Although there are a few things I dislike about this place and have had a couple of bad momments, this is the only Shell I visit (unless ofcourse I desperately need gas).
Btw did I mention everything inside their minimart is expensive as hell? Only buy gas or scratchers here.

Pretty pricey gas. I only come here if I have to, I usually gas up. Down the street, the Lil Asian gal isn’t always so friendly either, the morning guy is cool, he’s been there forever

Me: All the pumps are missing paper towels for the squeegee, is there any more?
Attendant: *shrugs* You can get some back there. *points to coffee machine*
Me: ok, thanks.
I go get a squeegee, wet my windshield, turn the squeegee to clean my windshield and the rubber piece is missing so the squeegee won’t…squeegee. I check another pump’s squeegee. Same thing. I check all the pumps. Same thing. I go in to ask the attendant for a squeegee.
Me: Do you have a squeegee by any chance? All the ones out there are missing the rubber so I can’t clean my windshield after getting it all wet.
Attendant: *shrugs* That’s all we have.
Me: It might be good to order some more.
Attendant: *shrugs* *blank stare*
Seriously?!? Do people really not give a crap about their jobs?

Very poor service I gave the manager Kim 35 dollars got 30 in gas I got robbed had to call the police the lady did not care that I lived 3 hours away she later called me to tell me she had the five dollars don’t come here.

This place needs to learn how to count their money. They gave me the wrong change. The owner was unprofessional about handling the situation. Never going there again.

Try to avoid this Shell station. The workers and owners are all rude and indifferent and the gasoline’s quality has changed for the worse.

By Far the best gasoline station In Baldwin Park… Coolest cashiers, very clean for a gas station, pumps are always working, the ATM/​CREDIT card machine at each pump are always working… They have Diesel… plenty of room and pretty much a few blocks north of the center of the city Baldwin Park. Only bad thing is that this Gas station is usually 10 cents more expensive… but i dont mind since im always gasing up with 91+ octane so i expect to pay a lil extra and to me its worth it best gas station in BP period.
