I walked in here and was excited to see all the cute clothes, loved it, great clothes, nice prices, NOT so nice was the lady working there… so sad

Great customer service, they were serving Mimosa’s today! Everyone was very helpful and my daughter and I enjoyed walking around. We tried a few things on and decided to pass but I always enjoy this store. I remember them on 17^th Street in Costa Mesa and then when they were on Harbor and Newport Blvd. I have bought things from them and I have never had a poor experience. Fair price point. It is hit and miss as 1 Unilocaler stated. Fun to pop in and enjoy!

Came to Laguna with 2 girlfriends and found this boutique. What cute clothes and great prices! 5% discount if you pay cash.

I work partly on behalf of OC Fashion week and I called this boutique to give them a FREE day pass for day 2 of fashion week. A $ 150 value, that is only given to certain stores. The lady who answered the phone was so rude, she told me she didn’t have time to talk because she was busy. I called numerous OC boutiques throughout the day who were kind and grateful for the invitation. I crossed Crush Clothing off my list and I tell everyone never to go there. Whoever works on Tuesdays at around 11 should be promptly fired, because you are doing this business a great disservice. That is all.

they must have changed their staff because it was GREAT! I just got back from there and had a greeat time in the store. maybe between august and nov — they upgraded. I even learned how to tie a scarf a new way! WONDERFUL!!!

I love this store! I first discovered Crush when it was in Costa Mesa… so much fun to shop it at Balboa… The store layout makes it really easy to pick out combinations and the look and styling is great for the coast and FUN. Beach clothing is the bomb here especially their long skirts… and they help you put together the whole look even when they are really busy. The owner helped me «skirt around» my usual black and navy habit… I always pick the same two colors… she pushed me to get a little color in there and I love it.

I would give this place NO stars if that were possible. A word to management, you should definitely reevaluate the staff you have running your store if you want to have a successful business. I walked in one night to browse the collection. I was not greeted by either of the employees but did notice that they were friendly to the white girl in the store. I found a dress I was interested in purchasing but felt really uncomfortable to even ask for a fitting room since the employees had sour faces on. It was at that point I realized maybe they were about to close. So i put the dress down and headed towards the door. One employee followed me to the door and the SECOND I stepped out, she slams the door right behind me and locks it! I have never experienced anything so rude! I will NEVER purchase anything there and I am definitely stopping everyone i know from ever going there again!
But if you’re a white girl or a GUY, I’m sure you’ll be treated just fine.

Horrible customer service! Who doesn’t acknowledge their customers as they walk in the store and slam the door close right when they walked out??? The workers here are so rude and VERY un-​professional! Blonde girl would flirt with this boy in the store and as the other customers enter the store, she would just ignore them. I would not waste a penny here ONLY because of these horrible people.

hit and miss– sometimes you find REALLY cute things and other times its very average. And the quality is a little sub par the clothes don’t last.

Such a cute boutique with affordable prices! The sales girls are super helpful and very sweet! I love coming here before a night out for the perfect outfit. I can always find something I love here.
