This place is a joke. Horrible service — almost like going to a mechanical where they try to make up some excuse as to why you need to spend more money. Don’t waste your time.

I went to this shop to have the heels fixed on my stilettos. The man I encountered both times was not friendly in the least bit, but I’m getting used to that now that I reside in this great metropolis.
My shoes were ready in two days and looked amazing. I’d definitely go back as they do great work even though they don’t make eye contact.

This is the place I go to fix my many pairs of tattered shoes and broken heels. It’s convenient, but they get a 2 because the Russian woman who owns the place has a bad attitude and a smart mouth.
