Quite frankly it is a complete waste of time and money to try and shop at a store that claims to have the best leather goods, and have uneducated sales people on the selling floor. Hermes really has no clue on what customer service is and I refuse to wear a belt or hold a handbag with a big«H» on it for other people. Lets face it Hermes only caters to the very affluent, and I am sure all the little elves that work in the stores are in someway trained to see that, so unless you live in a 20 million plus estate with a driver you should not be spending 1000 dollars on a belt or 30k on a handbag. I am giving 3 stars, because when I used to go to the store when in Bal Harbor I always had a great experience in all levels. However, since they moved to the design district service is 0 star. The guy who took care of me needs much more training in customer service skills.

I came in with a friend to buy two belts for someone. They have good customer service and were very helpful.
