Great company. We needed help with water damage and a mold issue. Eli and his team were professional, prompt and very knowledgeable. Eli kept us informed every step of the way: how, why, when and how. They were very orderly and never made a mess. They showed genuine consideration for us a homeowners. We have no reservations recommending Eli and his team if your ever are unfortunate enough to need restoration due to home damages.

$ 3000.00 to clean a completely empty 1020 sq ft home!!! I was shocked and sick at the same time. The home was dirty but no fire or water damage, just dirty. When questioned about the absolutely ridiculous price they told me that would be the cost to «finish» cleaning the house, it would be $ 1,000.00 for the 6 ½ hours spent cleaning one small bedroom and 3 walls in the living room that day. I made it clear I was not happy about the outrageous cost. Later in the day I received another call from the secretary stating that the owner thought the charges quoted were ridiculous and he would charge me a flat rate of $ 800.00 and they would finish cleaning the home. I had no other choice, I would have to pay for the 6 ½ hours and I needed the house cleaned so, I agreed. When I went to drop off the check, the secretary again told me the owner thought the quotes were ridiculous and felt like the $ 800.00 was too high as well but would offer me a discount next time I used them. I can’t believe they thought I would use them again, why would I use a company that takes complete advantage of their customers?
My husband and I are both small business owners and I guarantee none of our customers have ever walked out of our business feeling like they had been taken advantage of. I told ServPro I would be doing a review on Unilocal and they asked me to reconsider and sent me photos of the home prior to the cleaning and another explanation of the $ 800.00 charges. I addressed each photo they sent, half of the items in the photos were not even cleaned by their technicians, either myself or my husband had to clean them. As far as their explanation for the $ 800.00 charge, 40 hours at $ 20 per hour equals $ 800.00 yet, the 6 ½ hours on the first day was going to cost me $ 1000.00. They have yet to respond to me on the honest facts I presented to them.
The bottom line is, I would not ever use this company again or refer them to anyone. I don’t feel they are honest and to charge $ 800.00 to clean a 1020 sq ft house, we shouldn’t have had to clean anything in the house, it should have been spotless
