Precision Time

They broke my watch when I had the battery replaced and said the only option was for me to pay them to fix it because I didn’t buy a warranty. I was never offered a warranty when I purchased the battery. Horrible service. Corporate just gives you the run around.

Stopped in to get batteries for two watches, one of which had a battery supplied by Precision a few months ago and has since stopped working. After a debate over the price of their «5 year», left both watches to get a cleaning and new batteries. Upon return about 30 minutes later was told that they had lost one of the spring bars to hold the band together and it could not be replaced. Because of the «time spent looking for it and trying to repair» it, the other watch was not ready either. The employee didn’t offer any solution other than to come back when a manager is present. He didn’t charge for the battery and the watch was working he exclaimed but I’ll spare typing out the eloquent use of adjectives my wife had for him with the «working», unwearable watch in her hand. Rating will change when and if the watch is fixed.

I took my Gucci watch to have the Battery replaced the guy takes off the back changes battery and can’t get the back, back on so he squeezes it in a machine 30 times can’t fix it says the manager will look at it in a couple of hours when she comes in. the next day I have to call them she states she also tried to fix the back and she will have to send it to the company for repair. Mind u I Have a warranty for the battery from them. 2 weeks later I again have to call them I still have not heard from them I then get a call that my watch needs a gasket it is $ 40 I said ok Go ahead they then tell me I have to come down and sign a paper to send it out. The watch has never been sent out 2 weeks later it is still there and some one that did not know why the back was not going on now knows it needs a washer I would not recommend this place to anyone I am taking my watch to a reputable place and having someone that know what and how to replace a battery on a quality watch do the job precision Time is not that place

Needed a link taken out of my watch. Guy seemed like it was going to be a chore for him to do. Quoted $ 23.99 to unscrew and screw and pop out a pin. Thanks but no thanks.

Rip Off
took my tag watch in for battery replacement. 2 weeks later i saw moister in the watch and it stopped working. took it back and argued with them to fix it. finally they found the repair in the system and tried to fix it.. They said they didn’t have the gasket for my watch and they would have it in 3 weeks and to just keep it away from water. worked about 2 days. They people there said they were both managers but really all they cared about was messing with there i phones.

This place is a real rip off. I had a $ 500 watch’s battery replaced and they messed it up. The watch is waterproof to a degree and they upsell you to a really expensive battery change to keep it waterproof. Apparently they are that bad. The calendar on that watch no longer works. I could take the watch back and complain so an extra star pending if I have the time to deal with them and if they can fix whatever they broke.
