My A/​C died when it was a 105, it was late in the day. I felt bad calling so late, and being a new customer. Pete he was great came in less then a hour took care of problem, and I am so grateful to him. I can’t say enough about how nice it was to deal with him. I highly recommend Precision Air & Refrigeration.

Friendly, Fair, Professional, and Quality! Pete, at Precision Air, is a CLASS ACT! He is so thorough in his evaluations and communication about service and problems. I especially appreciated that he took pictures of our furnace unit in the attic and used them to show us what was going on with the unit that he needed to adjust etc. When I had a AC unit issue, he accomodated my work schedule to assess the problem so that I could make it to work and schedule the repair when the part was in hand. I have such respect for business owners that make customer service a priority and take pride in their work. Pete backs up everything he does. Thank you Precision Air!
