I’m a regular customer for delivery. I have always had friendly, professional drivers and the food has never been disappointing. They have great specials that are always perfect for the group of neighborhood kids we always have around our house. Thanks for the great food!

Me and Ed’s pizza been a great pizza place ever since it came to Kern County this place is that the marketplace by Edwards Cinema they have a great lunch special you can buy a slice of pizza and a soda just before you have to go see a movie it’s pretty quiet inside they do have TVs and a small little arcade for children to play at

Worst pizza in Bakersfield. If it weren’t for their location I am sure they would be out of business by now.

So my coworkers and I decided to order pizza today for lunch and the price was actually really good. We ordered 1 large pizza w 3 toppings, small order of wedges and 3 drinks for a little under $ 25.
The credit card machine wasn’t working at the time so we had to round up all of our dollars hahah (because apparently no one here carries cash only their debit cards) and we were able to compile our $ 25 plus a few dollars to tip the guy.
The pizza came pretty quickly and to me the flavor was okay. It wasn’t the best pizza I’ve ever had nor was it the worst. It was really good based on the price we got it for. I wasn’t all for the «brick oven» crust as it was a little too hard at the bottom for me. The sauce in general had a bold flavor to it and wasn’t the best for me. Everyone has their own opinion, but for me it wasn’t something I would go out of my way to purchase. The wedges were a little on the dry side for me but it had good taste to it.
I wouldn’t go back only because Bakersfield has so many options for pizza. Unless my coworkers wanted to order again.

One star because relatively friendly efficient service. But this is not a clean restaurant! Bathrooms are nasty! Pizza was just plain lousy.

This location used to be really good when I lived on the SW, which was years ago. Boy have they gone downhill.
We were at the Marketplace a couple of nights ago and were craving some pizza. I remembered this place being very good, so we decided to check it out. The guy who took our order was very friendly, which is a plus. We paid $ 17ish for a medium, two topping pizza with a side of ranch. There was maybe three people in there when we arrived, so we figured we wouldn’t need to wait long. Yeah, about that…
We waited a total of 45 minutes for a medium pizza to be done. 45 minutes. I can order a two large pizzas from another place in town and have it delivered to my house within 45 minutes. I was completely baffled by how long it took. It came to us fresh and hot, but it tasted awful. The sauce tasted similar to something you’d get at Little Caesars, and it was drenched in grease. I placed a napkin on a slice and the napkin was filled with grease within seconds. The entire napkin, not just a portion. That’s healthy.
Other than the food, the dine in experience is less than great. The tables didn’t look very clean and the bathroom was horrendous. The toilet clearly hadn’t been cleaned in hours, the floor was soaking wet, and the sink had quite a bit of mildew in it that probably had sat for weeks.
We will not be back. I am so disappointed by how far downhill this place has gone.

The pizza is great… But service is a problem; we ordered a large pizza and wedges at 6:30, at 7:02 a gentleman brought out our order of wedges and said «these are a little burnt, we are making another order now». I asked about pizza, he said «it will be right up». Now 37 min later pizza has arrived! Still our wedges have not made it. I would have a little more of an understanding if the place was crowded. But again, the pizza is great.

Food was great, I honestly think its the best in town. The service was also great, my wife liked the salad. The wings were a little soggy because there baked not fried, if they were more crispy it would be bomb! Would be back

Nothing special about the pizza we got. Not as good as the ones we get at Winco to bake at home. Maybe the specialty ones are better; we just got the family size pepperoni and cheese.

Poor service. The employees flat out ignore you, knowing you are standing at the counter about a foot away from you. They just keep their head down so they never make eye contact. It took 20 mins for our beer, and my husband had to go ask twice, and finally just grabbed it himself. It had been sitting under the tap for over 10’mins. We won’t be coming back. This place put a damper on our date night :/​boo!

Came in tonight, a Thursday night at 8:40pm, they close at 9pm. Wanted a medium pizza, the young dark haired girl said it was to late to order but we could get a slice of already made pizza (looked like it had been there several hours). My husband politely said that we came quite a ways and would like to order a medium pizza since they don’t close for another 20 minutes. She said no again, at that time we ask for the manager. She yells back to the manager «these people are insisting to talk to you because they want a pizza». Then she turns back to us and said, Fine, but it will be 40min. We agreed and sat down. At 9pm, several groups of people came in to purchase the ready made slices of pizza in the case, but they wouldn’t sell, they said they were closed. A guy named Scott rolled his eyes and spoke very rude to anyone who came in. Our pizza came out in 25 min and was delicious. Hot, crispy and gooey. Place was dirty with no clean tables (we had to clean our own) and soda was on the floor pooled under our table. The pizza was darn good though. Probably won’t be back.

I came here with my boyfriend after convincing him it was gonna be better than Miyosh, the sushi place next door. I could not have been more wrong. The girl that helped us said it would be about 20 minutes, which is totally normal, and we were okay with that. 37 minutes later she comes to our table and asks us what our order was: medium pepperoni pizza, garlic bread, and a salad with ranch. She then starts to make our pizza herself, which confused me because there were literally two guys on the floor «working,» but none of them could have made our pizza in the 30+ minutes it took them to stand around in the back doing nothing or come out to the front to talk to their friends that came in? She kept telling us the guys in the kitchen were new, but that’s not an excuse! Two more workers showed up onto the floor randomly after not seeing them at all during our wait in there, so I’m confused as to where they were the whole time. After over 45 minutes of not even receiving the salad, we got a full refund and went to In-​N-​Out which was significantly faster and cheaper than our experience here. I will not be coming back.

This place is ridiculous! We just waited 90 minutes and they just told us another 15 minutes. People are lined up for refunds. They claim there are no managers or supervisors. The place is still FILTHY! Just a note… I won’t eat there… my other peeps tried against my advice!!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS FILTHY HELL HOLE!!!

Beware, go elsewhere. Ordered 2 large pizzas. Neither one of them were tasty. The worst one had no sauce, very minimal cheese, 1 piece of sausage (wow) and tasted like old freezer burnt cheap frozen pizza that had been over cooked. We have never ordered from this location and will not be back. I called the store and they knew immediately which pizza and order was calling to complain. Unbelievable, why would you send such food out of your establishment. This place is an embarrassment to our city. I have called the area manager, left message, no return call. Hey, I guess he does not care either. You have been warned. This place is the worst in bakersfield, the only thing they have going for them is location which is a shame.

Horrible and slow customer service, which is sad because they have good pizza when you can get it delivered hot.

Terrible food, my potato wedges were burned to a crisp and they gave me the wrong size pizza. Save yourself the grief and skip this place

My husband called and ordered our two large mushroom pizzas but forgot to ask them to use thick crust. He hung up the phone and I mentioned the error to him. He immediately called right back and spoke with the same guy who had taken our order. He proceeded to explain the error and asked if we could pay the difference to upgrade the crust. The employee said that he wouldn’t be able to do that without canceling our entire order which he couldn’t do because it had already been put through (huh?) So we then asked if we could just pay the difference (a whopping dollar) and he could walk over to the person making the pizza and tell them it should be thick crust. Again, he said he couldn’t do this.
Unfortunately when the pizza showed up at our door is was thin crust and tasted stale. Overall, not even close to a good pizza.
Look, I get that there are policies in place for ordering, but we called back within minutes. The customer service is seriously lacking. How can you not cancel an order? That seems like poor business management.
Unfortunately this is the only place we can find that will deliver to our area, so we’re stuck.

I was told that this pizza was very good but to my disappointment, this was not the case.
The person on the phone said the order would be ready in 30 minutes. After arriving 30 minutes later, the order was not ready and was not completed for an additional 30 minutes. There were complaints from other patrons at this location about orders being late. There were 5 persons behind the counter working this evening. One of the young men working told the girl at the front to just tell people it will be ready in an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minutes. None of the workers had any sense of timeliness and worked very slow. As for the customer service– the smug and rude comments were enough to keep me from ever returning.
Once I got home, the pizza was the most bland pizza I’ve had in years. The order was definitely not worth the money. To the owner– I suggest you get a new staff that seem to care about your business. I will not be returning.

I have not been here in a while a no pics sorry :-(But my jalapeño, chicken, and pineapples was delicious and fresh out the oven cooked to perfection had the right amount of crunch (yummy in my tummy). Also the customer service provided for me today was good they greeted as soon as we walked in and informed us of the specials. I would come back.
