Mattress Land SleepFIT

Buyer beware. Purchased a very expensive custom mattress and after paying off the balance it was determined by factory certified inspector that we had a manufacturer defect in our $ 4500 fit bed. Our warranty was void cause we had stained the mattress. After 4 yrs whose mattress stay clean from dust, sweat, and children? Seriously! We should have left the plastic protective cover on like they did in the 70 and 80’s. This would have made our pellow top useless. Now for the past year we have had the worst sleep ever. There is no integrity or pride by the manufacturer to stand by their product. Hard earned cash out the window with crappy expensive bed. SO DISAPPOINTED!!! BUYER BEWARE! Sleep Down or whatever the manufacturer is called now, review the warranty policy before you purchase.
Should Have Went to COSTCO. ATLEAST THEY STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT!

So far, we are giving Mattress Land Sleep Fit 4 stars. We hope and pray upon delivery of the mattress, we can update with a full 5 stars! (see update re 5^th star)
We went into the store today due to location to LOOK but after not too long we found the Kingsdown Bed of our dreams, and it was reduced down to a price for a limited time that we could not refuse. We only had to put 25% down to secure the mattress and box spring. Apparently, the rest gets charged just days prior to delivery. They call you or you just drop by re payment.

Fingers crossed that we get our bed on time with no glitches.

UPDATE — our correct mattress was delivered on time and the guys set it up well and cleaned up after themselves afterwards. What a treat to have this fantastic new bed for our new home.
