Their tech guys are very good but the customer service, scheduling, follow up is really horrible. I have been using Hillcrest for 10 – 15 years and haven’t ever had so many problems trying to get some filters installed and scheduled! Being busy is no excuse, I am a customer also and expect good service, not oh we are really busy and your 8:00am appointment may be there by 10am. I think its time to change companies for my heating and A/​C. I even put a call to one of the managers Dave Cooty, no call back!!!

«Lori» who schedules their appointments said its 100.00 plus just to send someone out and its more if you have a cooler/​ac we consider it a duel which is more money,” cha ching”! Been going to them for 20 plus years and now they are trying to scam people because they can because its summer in BAKERSFIELD. they have never charged me a duel charge because they never service the
