On the website it says the doctor Eileen Y. Ng is in the Wible location, but she’s the one I always see when I go to the Brimhall location. I love her! She’s veryyy sweet and attentive to ALL your concerns. Actually, EVERYONE here is very sweet and kind and listens to any concern you may have.
It’s never busy, always clean. I’m very happy to be a patient here.
I would recommend here to everyone!
P. S. They have email and text reminders that are extremely helpful. They contact you like 2 weeks before your appointment, then the day before. Not gonna lie, I might have missed my appointment if it weren’t for these!

I’ve been coming to this location since they’ve opened, and the experience is always great. This location is extremely convenient since it is located near me and their other office is far. The employees are always polite and have answers to any questions that I have.

I have seen Dr Li on 2 occasions. First Dr Li helped me in an emergency! I had something in my eye and he was able to quickly remove the painful «thing» and get me back to normal! Two years later I went back and got my eyes checked because I was getting tired painful vision late in the evenings. Dr Li did a full workup and checked everything possible. It turns out I ain’t no spring chicken anymore and it was time to get glasses! Thanks Dr Li!

This place is great! I’ve been coming here for two years now. Each time they are so nice. Selection of glasses is great and they really spend their time explaining all of the options, and helping you choose a pair. I was fitted for contacts last year and they literally spent an hour with me helping me learn to put them in and take them out. Plus they gave me a few weeks worth of samples, so I could see if I wanted to wear them permanently. Definitely recommend these guys!

Office staff is friendly but Dr. Li is what sets it apart. He is extremely personable and really knows his stuff!

I absolutely love this location! I had a horrible experience at another local optometrist, so I decided to come here. The waiting area is very nice and very clean. There was a tv, coffee, and some magazines. The amount of glasses they have is amazing, almost every major brand, which was great. The front desk staff are incredibly sweet, never seemed fake or snobby like other places I’ve gone to.
The rooms are great! They took the time to sanitize the equipment before I had to stick my face on it. The previous office I had gone to DID NOT do this, I was horrified. The doctor was amazing and took the time to answer my questions and throughly explain everything.
Last but not least, the turnaround time to get your glasses is pretty quick. They quoted me 7 – 10 days but I got mine a little sooner. They also give you a nice little goody bag with your glasses.
If you want a quality experience where you feel like you are respected and valued as a patient, come here. So happy with my experience.

I have purchased 3 pairs of glasses here and everytime I have been more than satisfied with the quality and service I have received. My 5 star rating and review is the least I can do. Two of my purchases were custom high end rimless glasses and they turned out perfectly. They are holding up fantastic as well. I also purchased my 20 year old son glasses here and we had zero problems as expected.

I recently visited Dr. Dawson Li at the Wible office. My glasses that I had bought a few years ago at Costco were okay, but never did work that great from the start. From the time I walked in the door at Dr. Li’s office everyone there was very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Li did my exam and he was very thorough, giving me suggestions to protect my eyes and an explanation of how the progressive glasses are made. Apparently the process he uses generally produces the highest quality lens. What a difference when my glasses were ready the next week. I was able to see perfectly with the new glasses both far and near. Thank you Dr. Li for doing such a great job.

One of the best optometrists in town. The employees and optometrists that are at this are great and they are very helpful with your visit.
This location has a great product line to choose from and an awesome line of sunglasses to choose from as well.
I have been going to this location since they have opened at this location. If you want a great selection of glasses and sunglasses this is a great choice.

I took my Kindle with me thinking I could get some reading in while I waited. I didn’t have time for it. They got me in and out. I really appreciated that. I suspected it was going to be a good experience when I first called. The receptionist was extraordinarily patient with me when I took about 10 minutes to locate my insurance account number on the insurance card.(it has numbers all over the card). When I left that day I felt that I was dealing with people that are very sincere about providing a professional experience.

Fantastic customer service. Great selection of frames. Dr. Li very knowledgeable and helpful.

Dr. Liao has been my optometrist for 4-​years now. I’ve really only ever had to go in when I have my annual eye exam.
I can’t say how much I actually look forward to going in! It’s like walking into a fancy restaurant. The receptionist greets me with a smile and a «How’s your day?» They’ve got a Kuerig with a variety of coffee and tea ready to go and a wide selection of magazines in a comfy seating area. And the wait to see the doctor is usually about 3 – 5 minutes. In fact I usually take my Golf Digest magazine back to the room so I can finish reading the article later.
The eye exam is very thorough and very well explained and I never have felt rushed through the process.
My last eye exam, my eyes had taken a turn for the worse and I required full time glasses. So instead of getting glasses, Dr. Liao suggested contacts. At first I was hesitant but they gave me a few different pairs to try (daily disposables, bi-​weekly and monthly disposables). I’m not a high roller so I was concerned about the cost of the contacts. So they suggested I go with the monthly disposables, as this was the most cost effective solution.
This was back in September of 2013 and I’ve been wearing contacts since. Dr. Li and Liao are incredibly helpful, incredibly personable. I have recommended them to my mom, my neighbors, my brothers. Really anybody who asks!

This Optometry chain has been hit and miss for me. My experiences have been at the Wible Rd location. The staff are exceptional and very attentive. They treat you like royalty, and considering the prices for the eyewear, they should. ;)
I’ve used Li & Lao twice now for my family’s vision care. On both trips, I was disappointed with the obvious upselling done at the counter. On the second trip (December of 2013) the optometrist suggested that I «take advantage of my benefits for the year» and order some safety glasses. I have perfect vision, but safety glasses seemed prudent.
The problem is they put a prescription in the glasses because my insurance wouldn’t process an order without a prescription. I couldn’t wear them obviously, but they insisted I try. No thank you.
They should have called me to tell me that my insurance doesn’t work that way. I can’t help but notice how comfortable they were with treating my insurance benefits like it was an annual bucket of cash they could use for profiteering. The staff are amazing, I should stress this again, but if you have vision benefits, don’t let them talk you into ordering an expensive pair of designer sunglasses in December, and come back in January for regular glasses. That’s just unethical. It raises the costs on your vision benefits.

Very professional and very friendly I took my daughter for her first visit. After I completed my daughters paperwork I decided to also check my eyes and there was no wait time. They helped my daughter and never seemed to get mad since she did not want to get her eyes dilated. They have reasonable prices and very nice frames. I would recommend Li & Liao Optometry!

I’ve been there multiple times, and I’ve been happy every time I’ve gone. The place is well staffed, and all of the staff are very nice and helpful. Even if you call them, they are very friendly and will get back to you promptly. If you buy glasses from them, they give you some freebies, namely the lens cleaning solution. They also adjust your glasses free of charge on later visits. This is the best eye place I’ve ever been to! The doctor remembers me even after one year. There are plenty of frame choices. I’ve seen them involved with fundraising and charities. Overall, this is one of the most high-​tech eye places with the best staff, and they really do take good care of customers!
