We hired Linda to do some work at our house, and even though we were really explicit about what we wanted, she ignored our advice, and did the job the way she wanted. I think that she is probably pretty knowledgeable, but on top of the failure to listen to our desires, she also was very bad about returning phone calls. When we finally did get to speak to her, she was very rude and aggressive. Within about 5 minutes she threatened to put a lien on our home.
As the customer I was very offended. I will not do business with her again. In fact, message me if you want a referral to a different company. There are a plethora of good landscaping companies in Bakersfield… there is no reason to deal with one that does not give you exactly what you want.

Linda is awesome! Super knowledgeable at her craft! Goes above and beyond to make your experience a positive one. She gives thorough explanations and offers various options. The work was done in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up perfectly upon completion of the project. I appreciated her expertise in the field!

I had lots of work done in our yard extracting with stump removal, (eucalyptus tree over 30ft tall, 2 mature fruit trees) pruning plum tree, removing a dead hedge and our lattice with vines and roots plus too many to list.
The initial phone call was to set up a date to for someone to come out and give us an estimate. Very professional right from the start.
Linda one of the owners was the person who came out. She was on time and was very informative. Talked us through the whole process that would take place and gave us a few ideas.
A few days after we decided to go with CTS we set a date and their crew of 10 or so arrived on time and took care of business. Everything took about 5 hours max. I had no issues with my neighbors and branches or leaves in their yard. They cleaned up perfectly.
We were recommended Tim Nord for our landscaping needs and he’s next on our list to work on our yard.
These people are fair priced, informative, and professional.

Best in the business. I own a 6 unit property which had 2 enormous trees destroying my foundation and plumbing and 9 other trees and brush throughout the property. They removed everything all in one day with all stumps grinded. It looks like there were never any trees there in the first place! Brilliant work. Got 4 quotes to remove trees, they were the most competitive — all work done in one day. Oh, and their customer service is tops in the business. 10 stars!

Punctual and very professional. Their customer service rep on the phone is very friendly and helpful. The workers are courteous and efficient. They left my place as clean as it was after cutting my trees. Price was fair.

The people at CTS are experts in the business of trees. We were amazed by their knowledge, prompt service and professionalism. Their team removed three full grown trees, planted four new palms and trimmed bushes in one day. We love the new look of our house.

So glad I found you guys. I had a problem tree removed and stump grinded and 4 other trees trimmed and shaped etc. very good work and the mom and daughter were a joy to deal with. The daughter has some next level customer service that is refreshing to hear. I’ve done customer service for 10 years and this girl takes the cake when it comes to professionalism and great service. No bs either. Give these guys a shot! Thank you Linda!

We’ve used them for 5 years now to trim our trees. They do a GREAT job and at the best prices (I shopped around). Best of all, they know what they’re doing, so it’s done right. The owner’s daughter, Linda, is great to work with and always calls back afterwards to make sure we’re 100% satisfied. They came out with a crew of guys and were done very, very quickly.

We compared around for estimates for getting three trees cut down and stump grinded. Cal-​Tree services gave the cheapest estimate by far, and the owner’s son — Ruben — is sincere and gives good advice. They have a crew of about 8 guys come and do the work. To take down two big trees, one medium sized tree, trim back a few trees, the total time taken was about 3 – 4 hours. They did break a sprinkler with the stump grinder, but fixed it promptly. They cleaned up relatively well after the job was finished. All tree parts were taken by them. If you are looking for good tree service at a great price, I would recommend trying out Cal-​Tree Services!
