Above & Beyond Quality Cleaning Service

I echo all the others. I too spoke with the owner, we agreed on a time for her to come. She never showed. She didn’t even call. I called her several times, to check and see if she was coming. She hung up on me, then turned her phone off. She never did return a call or call back to apologize. She wasted a whole day, and left me with a dirty house and family here. I would never waste time on this lamp.

How ironic the name of her cleaning company. I called SHANNON for a move out clean of an apartment that was considered a «light clean job». She told me the price ranged from $ 120 – 135, because i was moving out of town, i asked how much i should leave bc i would not be able to pay her in person. She said leave the $ 135 and i will make sure everything gets done including inside/​outside windows. So I left the money on table and the apt was to be cleaned. My landlord called me few days later saying“I though you had a house cleaner come, the apt is dirty”? Of course she confirmed the money had been taken. After about 5 attempts to contact SHANNON, she assured us that she has cleaned and done everything. We trusted that but that that was odd as our land lady would have no reason to lie. So our landlady took pictures and sent them to us so we could see for ourselves. The house was DIRTY! My bathtub still had pink bathtub crayon on it from my daughter. The floor was BLACK (dirty) Toilet, dirty… ceiling fans full of dust. Is this considered a FULL Cleaning? Plus i had left her $ 140 dollars. She had no problem taking the money but not doing the actual JOB. Since, we have called several times letting her know we have pictures and we want our money back. Even being considerate, if she says she dusted, fine keep 50 bucks and send me the rest. SHANNON will not answer the phone. How professional. Just another person trying to rip someone off. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE EVER! Even though its 140 dollars i am going to spend the money to sue for it civilly, i mean i have the actual pictures and witness, my landlord plus the other cleaning lady we had to hire to actually clean, its not about the money, its about the morality of it all. She will continue to rip people off if someone doesn’t do something… and all she had to do is call and send us our money back and be honest. TOO tough for SHANNON.

I called this company to come out and clean our office. I spoke with the owner directly and she set up a day and time when they would be out to clean. The day came and after being an hour late I called to make sure they didnt get lost and left a message with directions and our contact info just in case. 3 hours later still nobody showed up or called, I called and when she heard my voice she immediately hung up on me and then let the next few phone calls go to voicemail. Never called me or anyone in my office, still 3 days later and havent heard from them. In my opinion this is HORRIBLE customer service, and not a great way to get new business for your company. I found her on this site.
and so i thought it was only fitting to leave my review for other people who search and think about using this company. I have gone with another company, and have no interest in contacthing Above and Beyond Cleaning for ANY type of future business. Thanks.
