Holy expensiveness!!! I’m glad I saw that just a shellac pedi was $ 60 before I got it done. I ended up getting a shellac mani and regular pedi, and it was still $ 90. I know so many places that you can get a shellac mani-pedi for that, if not less! The guy who did my nails was very attentive and not afraid or inconvenienced to have a conversation with me. The pedi process was ok… I was hoping they would take a pumice to my foot to make it nice and smooth, but they used some kind of soft-sponge tick torture on me. I almost had to ask him to stop because it was tickling so much I couldn’t stand it! The mani was much better. Looked great, never chipped… in fact, two month later, I still have it on! Yes, I look very silly because my nails have been growing… I liked the place but I don’t think I can justify the cost.

I’ve been to a few different salons since we moved here, but none compare to the service, quality and welcoming feel that I’ve revived at Crystal nails. I’m going on 2 years of visits here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon at Crystal Nails. The girl who did my manicure was one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. The owner seemed nice and the girl who did my sister’s nails was friendly. But the girl who did mine never looked at me or spoke a word the entire time and was on the phone with her boyfriend as she painted my nails, fighting over her Facebook photo captions. Also she gave me two seconds to choose from hundreds of nail polish colors, so I picked one I didn’t even like. When I hesitated about the color she rolled her eyes and looked so annoyed. Such a rude person and should not work in the service industry.

Even though they may not be overly friendly or talkative they did do a great job on our pedicures and gel manicures. I plan to go back in the future.
