Renew Day Spa

I popped in for a facial with Sarah, and it was beyond wonderful. I don’t know what magical ingredients are in her potions or concoctions for facials that she used, but an hour and a half later, I came out looking refreshed, rejuvenated and rested. Thanks, Sarah!

I don’t often go to Day Spa’s especially not where I live. For whatever reason, I tend to be busy and don’t think about taking the time for these sort of luxuries when I am not on vacation. But, my cutie decided that the perfect birthday gift this year would be a day at the spa. I have to say that I was very happy with his choice. I arrived at 10 am.
My day started off with Melissa giving me a pedicure and a manicure. She is very friendly, and my nails looked amazing. My feet were as soft as a babies tush, and so were my hands. Between the soaking, the sugar scrub and the warm wax dip, my hands and feet were in a state of happy bliss. I rarely wear nail polish on my fingernails, but Melissa’s French nails are still looking good 5 days later, even though I am back in life, you know, the one with dishes, cleaning counters, watering plants, and typing on keyboards.
They brought me lunch a quick lunch and then it was onto the next thing.
A 90-​minute Massage and Salt Glow with Hillary. We started with the salt glow that smelled amazing. Thankfully, there was a shower in the massage room, so I was able to rinse off before the massage. I felt so clean as I laid down, Hillary then began her magic on my muscles. It was pure bliss to relax in her capable hands as over the next 90 minutes as she worked all sorts of tightness out of my shoulders, neck and hips.
The finale was the Facial by Meghan. I think she has magic face fingers. I actually fell asleep as her nimble fingers massaged and danced upon my face. I don’t think I have ever had such a relaxing facial. When we were done and chatting, Meghan recommended that if I enjoyed this facial, I need to try the Japanese Lifting Facial (it’s 2 hours), and I am pretty sure that I will be doing this sometime soon.
I really can’t say enough good things about Renew. I had a completely lovely day, I walked out to my car feeling like a soft sweet smelling noodle. A vacation without the travel plans, nice to know.

My husband & I were visiting Seattle for our two year anniversary. I wanted to plan a special treat for us, so I thought what better than a couples massage? I couldn’t find anything that peaked my interest in Seattle, so I started looking in Bainbridge Island. I found Renew Day Spa, but they didn’t have couples massages listed on their website. I decided to email them and see if they could possibly accommodate to us. They emailed me back immediately and said they would! We emailed back and forth for a few days and set everything in stone.
When we arrived, they greeted us with water and bright smiles. We had Hillary & Calli as our masseuses. They were so sweet to us, especially when they found out we were celebrating our anniversary. The experience was top notch & we highly recommend their services!

A quiet, serene, and relaxing spa. I decided to indulge myself in a pedicure. The nail salon portion of the day spa was quiet and clean. Lisa was my cosmetologist and she started me in a chair to soak my feet. Then I moved over to a very comfy elevated bed to finish my pedicure. She did a great job on my toes and feet. It was really really relaxing! Will have to make more appointments for other treatments at Renew.

I’ve booked a couple of appointments for my partner and every time without fail they treated her like a queen! I will highly recommend this place to any and everyone! Calli is an amazing massage therapist and so are all the ladies who do hair and nails!
