Understaffed Long wait time. Dirty dining room. Bread sticks are Burnt and Ice Cold? Not to mention the hair wrapped around my bread stick. No one in kitchen wears hair nets or Gloves in prep area. I’d be embarrassed if this was my franchise. It definitely reflects on the employees the management does not care. This Pizza Hut is in Dire Need of some serious reconstruction.

So slow and disorganized! Waited 20 min for a carry out after the time frame the management team had quoted me. Should have went to Dominoes !

Half of the menu items they are either out of or don’t serve any more. They have beer but can’t serve it because they don’t staff anyone with a servers license. The food is good and the staff is friendly
