Dunkin’ Donuts

Have eaten dunken doughnuts for years and really loved them. What have they done with the taste. They’re dry and tasteless. And this isn’t one particular store. All the same. Yech…

I say skip this place in the evening. Donuts won’t be fresh. The service is always friendly, though. They also have a drive through. Coffee is good around the clock.

Let me tell you about this garbage «Dunkin donuts»… This breakfast sandwich I’m currently eating makes me want to chook it all over my windshield. If I put this «breakfast sandwich» into the trash not bitten and perfect condition a homeless man would go out of his way to avoid the whole trashcan. They think they can put cheddar cheese on this «breakfast sandwich» (garbage) and it be enjoyable. I’m sorry I have to go because I need to chook because of this trash. Dunkin donuts is garbâge and never go there. Ever. If there was a zombie apocalypse and that was the only food left, frankly I would rather turn into a zombie, pivilage some villages and start a nice zombie family… Dunkin donuts sells trash.

I used to go through this DD drive through every day before work. It is BY FAR the friendliest group of people I have ever encountered at a dunkin donuts. Plus they never screw up the order! Remember to tip these guys/​gals well!

Breakfast on the run! Gotta get some shopping done before the snow. Always fast (when everyone doesn’t have the same idea as you to go), pleasant and enjoyable! Love this drive thru. Always happy to say hi to our doggies thru the window. ALL SPEAK ENGLISH EXTREMELY WELL!

I’m not the biggest fan of Dunkin Donuts as a whole, but sometimes I find myself stopping through for a tea or sandwich if I didn’t have time to eat breakfast before heading to work. I pass this Dunks every morning on my hour drive, and I’ve stopped in maybe 4 or 5 times.
Typically I order only tea. Sometimes I’ll get a breakfast sandwich, sometimes I’ll get a donut, sometimes I get orange juice, and sometimes a combination of those items. Each time I go to this location, I find myself interacting with friendly, smiling faces. The food and drinks always come out prepared correctly and well, and the service is FAST. I’m always wary of going to Dunks in the morning because everyone and their brother is usually sitting in the drive-​thru. Well, even when there’s a line of cars, I’m still in and out of that parking lot within 5 minutes. I don’t know what they do to keep the line moving quickly and smoothly, but they should keep it up because they’re doing a great job.

What can I say? It’s a Dunkin Donuts and the employees here do their job well.
Anytime I’ve come in during the morning (weekday or weekend), I’ve always been greeted with happy, friendly employees. I get served promptly, and they seem to have everything well organized.
Props for ²⁴⁄₇ service too! I’ve occasionally stopped by for some food late at night while doing laundry across the street.

I had a business meeting at this location and after my meeting I thought about a quick cup of coffee an a sandwich and after I stood at the front counter for about 3 minutes and looking at least 5 employees trying to make eye contact they kind of glance at me and totally ignore me. Needless to say I walked out the place, I’m sure I’ll find another Dunkin’s with better service.

During my nine month work assignment in Central Mass this Dunkin became a go-​to for our late night pick me up as it was a 24hr location. The overnight staff was always spot on and fun to chat with during our 2am coffee runs and donut fix. Thanks for fueling my addiction Ayer Dunkin’!!!

You have gotta be kidding me? 53cents for two little packets of jelly that is free everywhere else? Bagles are double the price when you add cream cheese?

While this location saving grace is it’s 24 hour service… They are always out of anything desirable, the coolata machine has had «„breakdowns“» on 2 visits now and what they do have is usually stale and the coffee poor. Definitely far from impressed given Dunkin Donuts usual Quality to price ratio… If any CEO/​REP is reading this… dear god do a check on this location and get them up to snuff. Even one week into the heavy promo on the cheddar jalapeño bagel twists they were out two days straight!

Service has gone a bit downhill, and mistakes have been happening more frequently. There’s been some staff changes and the friendlier folk seemed to have moved on. My coffee is never consistent — sometimes it’s just right and other times I wonder if they even followed my order.
