Reason for the 1 star is because the last couple of times my coworkers and i have ordered online, the first 2 times we had items missing from our order and when i called manager wanted me to drive back with the order mind you it was our lunch break. Yesterday 5÷13÷16 we ordered 5 bowls online my coworker picked up the order brought it back to work and we were disgusted, all the lettuce on each of our bowls looked like it was rotten and all wilted, food was cold, missing items again and it looked like whoever put our order together just threw everything together. Very disappointing. Tried speaking with manager but again wanted us to bring our order back. Needless to say might not be going back even though i love chipotle.

Instead of the usual barbacoa or carnitas, I decided to try something different for my bowl and got the steak. Bad choice! Half the pieces were so full of gristle & tough to chew that I had to spit them out. The flavor wasn’t even that great… Very disappointing!

Relatively slow service. Convenient location. Food quality was great — what you’d expect from Chipotle. Carnitas salad was great. Good ‘ol average Chipotle experience.

The first person to take my order had me repeat myself twice for every single item I requested in my burrito. Not because my voice was faint, or not understandable. She just simply wasn’t paying attention, talking amongst her co-worker which wasn’t work related. Upon getting to the second person I was rushed with«ANYTHINGELSE?» after everything individual item. At times even cutting me off before I could finish the item request. She came off as impatient even though I had full knowledge of what I desired in my burrito prior to even arriving at the establishment. With such a hasty demanor, I would assume her to get everything I requested in my burrito. This wasn’t the case, she did not place cheese or sour cream in my burrito. I guess I should have been examining the assembly but when your drilled with«what else, what else, what else» it makes it hard to focus on if they are actually fulfilling the request. Best part, it wasnt even busy which made it odd to be rushed or for them to make mistakes. I love Chipotle but the staff here will not result in my return business.

Grabbed dinner here last night. The service was great. The second girl in rotation gave me an option of adding my sauce as a side because it wouldn’t fit on my steak bowl and before we left they offered us free tortillas. I had no idea those were free but yes we happily accepted. The food tasted well and fresh. I usually get the veggie bowl so I’m not use to having so much meat and I didn’t realize that the steak had a little bit of a kick to it(probably not a problem for most). Two thumbs up. We’ll be back.

Haven’t been to Chipotle for quite awhile and was rather surprised. had a salad bowl, with steak and it was very flavor full, there dressing has just the right citrus and vinegar mix. on of the reason I haven’t been, is the prices had gone up and the size got small. But, the quantity received was good.

I was looking to go to a spot nearby, but they closed at 9:00 so this was my next best choice. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant, but the service was slow as molasses. When I was seated, one of the front doors doesn’t close and was left wide open several times with the temperatures near 40 degrees at the time. No employees seemed to care, and a lady who seemed to be a manager or employee(she went to the kitchen after ordering) let it stay wide open when she left. I along with a couple other customers took turns closing it and the staff made no effort to remedy this even when no customers were ordering. I feel like this shouldn’t take much more than a sign that says«please use other door»…or maybe fixing the door. I find myself in other Chipotle locations sometimes 3 times a week and normally have no complaints. But the service and neglect here was pretty obnoxious.

They don’t know how to handle business when it gets busy and they are extremely rude, I asked for corn on my bowl the man and the lady next to him heard me and he didn’t put corn on my salad and the lady just laughed at him and put the lid on it .save yourself the bs don’t go

This is the closest location to me so this is where I go. However, the last 3 times I’ve gone, it’s been a disappointment. Twice thin chips were stale. The food has just been nasty and very skimpy. I’ve had a good experience ordering through the app and my order being ready, but the good itself has been disappointing. This is the last time I go to this location.

Just got a barbacoa bowl and i just wasnt impressed. The food quality has really gotten done lately. As i was getting served, i noticed that the guacamole was all black and just look old. I really love chipotle but idk if im coming back to this location.

AMAZINGSERVICE. I walked into here this morning at 10:40am thinking it was open at 10(it’s actually open at 11, what was I thinking) and they served me anyways. They rushed to finish their prep and made my bowl. I was home eating it by 10:55. Amazing

Honestly I wish I could do less than 1 star. I have been in dozens of Chipotle as I travel a lot. This is the worst I’ve ever been into. Two orders in front of mine were messed up and had to be redone. After ordering a salad and then waiting in line for over 15 minutes, I just gave up and left. I had my food from Panera in minutes.

It is next to impossible to get into this location. Overall the experience was horrible. It starts with the panhandler at the The front door. Long lines, very noisy, hard to understand the helpbecause of the noise level. In the end we got the wrong food 830 something dollars were very unhappy

OVERRATED. Nothing against this Chipotle location, just Chipotle in general. I have eaten Chipotle twice and can say that it would not be my 1st choice nor my last choice to eat here. I don’t know if its the fact that I have had a lot of hispanic food in my lifetime or if the food is truly just mediocre. Either way, you will never hear me say I want Chipotle.

Yeah, they load up your burrito but they load it up in rice and beans then proceed to skimp out on the meat. Don’t bother asking for an little more because all they will do is literally add one piece of meat and then threaten to charge double for meat after that. Yes it is good but not worth $ 7 dollars good. They even hesitate to add more salsa in your burrito. So basically you are left with a bean and rice burrito with meat on the side instead of a meat burrito with rice and beans. Hate restaurants that skimp out on food you payed for. Will not return to chipotles again

I like that this one does load up on the food because the one at west gate skimps on all the food and I feel ripped off. When I got to the cashier I asked if they had military discount and he said no I’m sorry but thank you for your service. Then at the end of my transaction he put a cup and chips in my bag and said«drinks and chips on me because I really appreciate what you do.» I just thought that is awesome customer service. I didn’t expect it and was very thankful!

Food is good though I think they over load everything. I can never eat it all and the burritos are messy. If you want to cut your calories on your salad or bowl, order everything on the side. That forces them to measure out your food.

Food taste good, but I probably won’t eat here again. The dining area is really dirty and I don’t feel confident about the kitchen being clean to cook in. This place needs a thorough cleaning. Gordon Ramsey would go nuts in this place.
