I’ve gotten tires on two different vehicles here and both experiences were great. The staff have all been very friendly and willing to help. The prices are pretty good (as far as I can tell… I’m no tire expert). My only tip would be to make an appointment if you can — they’ve always been busy when I’ve been here, so don’t plan on getting in and out in 20 minutes if you’re just popping in spur of the moment.

Great customer service! Every gentleman I interacted with was kind and friendly. Had my tire replaced and me out the door all within 30 Minutes. Fabulous overall experience!

This place is fairly busy most of the time but I think they could stand to improve the customer experience. The waiting area is uncomfortable and they don’t have Wi-Fi like most other dealerships and service places do so it’s difficult to get work accomplished while you wait. The pricing on various tires isn’t readily available and talking with the sales staff has that old school negotiation feel to it. I prefer transparency. I had swapped out two tires and they didn’t fill them up with enough air. The air light was on when I left and when I returned one of the staff told me to ‘drive on them a while and the light will go off’. Ok, when that didn’t work, I returned to the bay and had them air the tires, which were under filled by like 6 psi.

The people here or at any other Discount Tires are always polite and informative. They keep you in the know where your tires are at in terms of safety and don’t push products. They serve, which is the best.

I have used this place pretty consistently since it has opened — obviously, I have had tire issues. They are always so polite and helpful. They offer water, coffee, and sometimes snacks while you wait. They are very quick and mindful of your time, too. I would recommend this to anyone I know who needs help with tires.
