On Friday Jan 22 my fiancé called me at work. Frantic about her 06 Saturn Vue hesitating and the check engine light flashing.
She managed to make to work and googled auto repair in Avon and You guys showed up. 4.5 stars. I told her to call and drop it off to see what was wrong.
When she called she spoke with Anna who got Shawn on the phone when Alicia told them of the check engine light flashing. He said to bring it in right away.
To make a long story short, Shawn stayed past close on a Friday to get the car fixed and get her back on the road. The price was great, but the service was better. We will be back! Thanks Shawn and Anna.

Once again, Advanced Auto has came through. I had a busy day planned and went out to my car to start it. It would start for about a second and then turn its self off. Sean and Anna both told me it would probably be ok from the «phone diagonisis» I got the vehicle to them and they had it back to me in no time. Turns out it was just the battery in the key that prevented it to recognize it and it was an anti theft issue. They saved the day and didn’t even charge me. They know I’m not going anywhere. Its good to see a place that doesn’t take advantage of you. Thanks again!
