Garcia Rolando Jr MD Mph

I have been there twice and walked out on the last one. I do think Rolando is most likely a good surgeon (wouldn’t know because I never saw or had it), however his bedside manner is horrible and his staff is extremely rude and doesn’t speak English very well. I was diagnosed with a rare condition by him, and he seemed to enjoy it… even called in med students to look at me. He also said, «Do some research to see how the last 15 years of your life will be.» All that didn’t really bother me. I have thick skin. The lack of organization and severe wait time was horrible (4.5 hours the 1^st time, and I walked out after 2.5 hours the 2^nd)! If that’s the way he manages his business, then I don’t want to know how he manages health care. Word to the wise: find a doctor that cares and has an organized business. There simply is no reason why one should have to wait for 2−4+ hours. I checked when I came in, and he had been there all day, so there was no excuse for tardiness. Get a grip dude! Ain’t nobody that good! We are people, not projects from which you milk money!!! Train your staff to schedule appointments that fit your patients needs and stop overbooking you for the money. It’s just bad business… Hasta la vista, baby!
