Came here at 3am and the service was so slow! Long line of the late night cr0wd left unsatisfied! Next time I’m going to the diner!!! I don’t even think they use fresh ingredients, all the food was fried and greasy and definitely frozen!!!

Service and quality has gotten worse and worse over the years… and with the opening of a(separately owned) McDonald’s half a mile down the road, there’s no reason to visit this location any longer. I have experienced several occasions of having to wait over ten minutes for a simple breakfast order(nothing special, typically simple Dollar Menu coffee, hash browns, and McMuffin sandwiches). The last straw finally came now that McDonald’s has debuted its new phone app. The app gives customers coupons and actually lists which locations accept the app and which do not. This location is listed on the app, but when I went to redeem my coupon the woman at the counter sheepishly told me that they don’t accept the app. I told her the location is listed on the app, she said she knows but that the owners disconnected the scanners. This could very well be in violation of their agreement with McDonald’s corporate, but it’s also disgustingly anti-consumer when even the greedy McDonald’s locations in New York City accept the app coupons. Avoid this location; do yourself a favor and go the extra half mile to the OTHER St. Georges location.

Horrible horrible customer service. I know it’s Christmas and I am patient. The person took my order and then when I get to the window to pay, she deleted it in error. Then when I get to the window, all I get is fries. I just paid 16.00 and they give me three orders of fries. Never ever will I come back here again. Incredible. McDonald’s franchises are losing business. They need to look at their staff. I didn’t even mean to give 1 star.

Fastest, cleanest, and most appealing McDonald’s I’ve been to in a while. Really like the new décor too, doesn’t even look like a fast-food restaurant. Also the staff is very polite and friendly. Every McDonald’s should be like this.

I have gone to this McDonald’s everyday for the last 7 years for my workers lunch order and the service here just gets worse and worse to the point that I am no longer going there anymore. Just left there, waited 20 minutes for 6 item order(4 mcchickens, 2 nuggets) all off dollar menu. They take your order fast but then after paying, there new system makes you park on the side so they can bring your order out to your car which is supposedly meant to speed things up in their drive thru, HUGEFAIL. Mine took exactly 19 minutes and the man with his family in front of me took about the same, as he made his kids go inside to see what was going on. I don’t blame the workers here, I blame the poor management as they try to make things better by implementing systems that make things worse. They tried a 30 second guarantee last year and that failed miserably and was eventually stopped. I hate writing bad reviews, but after 2 weeks of this nonsense something had to be said. Management should review their drive thru process as the park and wait system is the worst one they have come up with yet.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Drive thru is a mess, inside is almost as bad. Employees scattered all over not doing anything while customers pile up. You just get starred at & ignored, forget your food. Ugh

This is one of the slowest drive-thrus I’ve ever been to. Despite have a dual lane ordering system, which I’ve never seen before, this place takes forever and I only ordered a Fruit and Yogurt Parfait. The flip side is… well, it’s McDonald’s, I guess no one expects a stellar experience.

This place was dirty almost each table and soda area was disgusting. I brought it to the managers attention she said she had no one and seemed as I was bothering her. Never again will I go there with my kids.
