Food isn’t bad but the service was so slow I could have eaten at a full service restaurant and saved time. Nothing quick about this place.

This was the first time I had a sandwich from this company. I ordered the five meat three cheese sandwich. It was surprisingly delicious and for a good price. The sandwich was very filling. My friends enjoyed their sandwiches also which were the muffaletta and the Italian. Would definitely return and recommend.

Staff is always super friendly and service is typically quick. I love their system for ordering and I like trying new things every time! This place is usually pretty empty, generally quiet, and always super clean and well kept. I like coming here for a quick lunch with the bf, never disappointed.

The food is mediocre. Thundercloud’s tastes better for about half the cost. But my REAL issue with this location is that they gave themselves a $ 10 tip! Yes! When I received my bank statement, the charge to it was $ 10 more than what my actual bill($ 13.75) was! Their explanation was that when you use a debit card, it puts a «hold» amount on there as well as the costs of your bill! What??? This isn’t a gas station! That’s organized theft.

The service was fast and friendly The food was amazing! The price was a little high but well worth it. I will be back!

My boyfriend and I agreed to never visit this Which Wich location after dinner yesterday. There was only one person working and the service was extremely slow. The girl looked like she absolutely hated her life. I understand that it must suck to be in that position but you don’t have to make me almost feel guilty for ordering a sandwich. When we finally got our food — my sandwich was about twice the size of my boyfriend’s. He ordered a large and I got a medium — so I’m not really sure how that happened. The sandwiches were also super cold even though we ordered them toasted.

I have had Which Which before, and wasn’t overly impressed. I wanted to give it another shot because it’s close to my office. I checked«mustard» and«mayo» on the bag and what I got was a giant glob of mustard and barely any mayo. Usually, I would just scrape off the excess mustard. However, they didn’t put the mustard directly on the bread, they squirted it all over the meat and veggies! It was not good. I will not be giving Which Which another shot.

I know it’s a chain, but the sandwiches are pretty good because you can have just like you want it. The service at this location is always nice.

Which Wich is one of my new favorite after work meals. I love love love the concept of checking off what I want and handing my personal order over to the sandwich artist. =) 9 times out of 10 I’ll order my small turkey club on wheat, tho I have had other items on the menu. I’ve never had any issues with the service. The cashier girl is always polite and friendly. The sandwich artists smile and say thank you when they call me up to pick up my sandwich. Only once was my order off — I think they were training a new employee, but they fixed the problem right away. The bread is always hot and warm and veggies are so good. When it gets busy the orders can get backed up and there can be a bit of a wait, but nothing to go crazy over. They seem to have issues with thier ice machines from time to time and the soda area could stand a good wipe down. This place can get really busy and only twice has it been so busy that I’ve had to take my food to go because there wasn’t a place to sit down and enjoy my meal. But when that happens I take my sandwich over to the park and sit and enjoy!

I have eaten at which wich a few times. I do like that you can write your order on a bag. However, the quality is lacking. This is a place that I would like to «like» but really cant. The veggies are good and they have a decent selection. The two biggest issues I have is the bread and the cheese. The bread is always old as if it is a few days away from being stale. The cheese is the overly processed singles you can buy at any grocery store. When I first saw the cheese I honestly thought they had run out and sent someone to buy some. Its not even like Kraft instead it is that really processed stuff that looks like it could be an ingredient in tires. There are some great local chains that have higher standards on their ingredients.

Barely anything was put in the sandwich, bread was a little stale too but not a big deal. The issue was that more than half the sandwich was bread. I had been here once before with no complaints at all, so had no hesitation heading there for lunch again today. Dunno if something changed or the ladies making it just happened to skimp out today but seriously huge waste of time and money. Will not go back again, do yourself a favor and hit up the one in the Triangle. The guys are funny but more importantly, they never skimp on the ingredients.

Really, a very nice casual place to catch a quick bite to eat. I love their wide variety of ingredients, as well as their always courteous and friendly customer service. The prices are a bit up there, but not too unmanageable. Plus, considering the variety and consistency, I’m happy to pay up. It’s a chain, so it does feel more like a conveyor belt, but it is a well-oiled machine, and I appreciate that.

The sandwich menu includes a description that sounds tasty but my order did not fall into that category. I ordered the Turkey Thank You, a combo of turkey, dressing, and cranberry sauce. Mine was the only sandwich they were preparing but they somehow managed to spread cranberry on only half the tasteless small amount of turkey and dressing. I’ve had this type of sandwich in a variety of restaurants and takeout places and it is usually pretty good to awesome. Not something I would ever order again here. I’d rather eat hospital food. I can’t believe they had a tip jar but couldn’t find time(even when business was slow) to bus and clean the tables. I had to wipe down my own table before I are and used a paper towel from a public roll of towels as a napkin. Ew!

I am a sub sandwich lover and Subway was my favorite, until I ate at Which Wich! I ordered the same sandwich that I would get at Subway turkey and it was fabulous. I should have gotten a regular sandwich!!! I can’t get over how good it was. This location was a little small to the volume of people circulating. The staff help getting my order in a great manner and polite.

This place is near where I live and I gave it a couple of visits since it’s so convenient but, holy crap, it’s one of the most unpleasant eating experiences I’ve ever had. The ingredients of the sandwiches are all, essentially, tasteless. If what you want is a sticky sweet white bun flavored with cheap condiments, this is your place. It’s incredibly loud with really obnoxious music playing constantly. Good luck hearing them when they call out your order. I won’t be going back and can’t understand why anyone goes there more than once.

I’m so happy to have discovered this chain while visiting Austin. Though they have locals in Houston and Missouri City, I had never seen them! I am a sucker for a good toasty sub with generous fillings, and this was amongst the best! First, the young man at the counter was cheerful and very helpful. Though I apparently missed the idea of picking out a paper bag from the wall before ordering, he didn’t say a thing and happily did it for me. When I asked if I should get the Oreo shake or the chocolate, he smiled and confessed that both together was the best. I love it when employees give an honest answer about their food and he was sure right! My toasted turkey/ham with provolone on white was fab. Great prices for what you get. Lots of good meat, ripe tomato, and perfectly toasted bun made this on par with my all time fave, Antone’s, I look forward to trying a Houston local soon.

So… I’ve got a thing for French Dip Sandwiches. Something about dipping that sandwich into brown beefy soup just really gets me going. I find WW is the best spot to meet all my mouth watering french dip perversions.

Excellent sandwiches with a huge variety of options. I was favorably impressed with the quality of my sandwich as well as the speed of service. The ordering area could use some work though — I had to get one of the employees to restock the bags that they provide to order with. Otherwise, it’s a quick, semi-healthy lunch option for a growing development that still doesn’t have too many lunch options.

I come from a land of mom and pop delis that make great sandwiches for great prices. I have had an incredibly hard time finding anything like that in Austin so far. I was inundated with people telling me Thundercloud is where its at in this town. You can keep TCloud in my opinion, theres absolutely nothing special about it. Reminds me of a place called Nixons from back home. Been around for 1,000 years, gets picked as best sub shop every year, but is underwhelming in every sense. This, however, is about Which Wich. Every time I have been, they have had more than enough staff to handle the lunch or dinner rush. I have never had to wait any more than 10 minutes for my sub and it has been hot and delicious with good ingredients every time. They have never made my order incorrectly and its been excellent every time. My only suggestion is avoid the homemade chips, they arent very good
