Westwood Apartments

Let me just start off by saying that I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in my entire life.
It all started a little over year ago when I moved into my apartment, sight unseen because they «didn’t have one available to view.» Come to find out that they just couldn’t show it because of how filthy it was, which I found out when I got the key. It was so infested with roaches that I could not move my stuff in for a week. I then had to clean the place myself because it was not done by them. They we nice enough to take $ 50 off my next months rent though. GEE THANKS.
I gave a laundry list of items to be fixed, most of which were never done. (It’s been a year)
Yet, they had no problem denying an overnight extension for my rent when I called them on the 2^nd (late if not turned in) to inform them that I was at the hospital with my dying mother. Mind you the 1^st was a Sunday and they were not open and they do not offer a drop box. It cost me an extra $ 75 to pay them the following day. Which I was unable to get to them until about 2 o’clock. By which time they had already managed to put a notice to vacate on the inside of my door.
When it came time to move out I had a difficulty cleaning everything in time because I am a single mom with 2 kids and work really long hours to pay the outrageous rent that I was being charged for this filthy fox hole. Anyhow, I asked for a 2 day extension to properly clean and fix the things that my girls had broken or stained while we lived there. They said absolutely not!
I am now waiting to hear back from them to see how much they are gonna charge me this time.
I would not recommend this place to Bin Ladden, Hitler, or Genghis Khan.
