Ordered their bacon fries and was very disappointed. There was no overflow of bacon and I was not driving back… It will be a while before I return thanks Wendy’s.

Ok, I get it. This is a busy place at lunch. I eat there a lot at lunch time. I understand process clients as fast as possible to assist all other clients. But if your going to consistently not provide condiments at least offer them and at least get the order right. I keep getting other peoples orders.

This place is awful. Me & my boyfriend decided to go there for lunch after school & they got my order wrong. It literally smelled awful either way. I got food poisoning, but had gotten over it after awhile. It tasted like it’d been out for days. They even had the most rude drive through cashier ever! She couldn’t hear me on the speaker & than when I had handed her $ & to wait for me to get out the rest of my $, she handed me my change back & says, «Thanks for nothing». At least they got my boyfriends right. I will never eat here again. My order was gross.

In the last few months I’ve never had any bad experiences with this Wendy’s. Unlike everything I’ve read. They actually have really good service and friendly staff.

I ate here two weeks ago and got terrible food poisoning a few hours after my meal. I was sick for three days and had to call out of work sick. I literally could not get out of bed(except to get sick) for three days. I tried to report it online but found no leads to do so. This location has had decent service, but overall my orders have almost always been cold or just plain wrong. Either way, I will never eat at a Wendy’s again. I am scarred for life. I usually love their baked potatoes, Frosty, and a few other items but I will happily give them up due to the unsanitary conditions at this location. As reference, the night I got sick I had a baked potato, Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, small fries, and a soda. I watched allllll of it come back up a few hours after eating it. Gross.

The Worst attitude from Manager working there. I feel sorry for the girl that has to work along side him. I had to ask him to repeat himself slower in the drive through. I get to the window and I’m about to get handed the wrong meal, so I repeat my order to the girl and when she goes to get my food he comes to the window I repeat my order again thinking he wants to know which order it is to charge and he starts an attitude and threatening to to serve me. It’s no wonder this place doesn’t have a customer service hotline on the window at the drive-through

The last 4 times I’ve gone through the drive-thru my orders have been wrong. I understand they need to move quickly, but the should also work on efficiency. I would’ve given it 0 stars, but their service is great

Good food. Terrible rushed service and the food is wrong half the time. They are in such a hurry they don’t listen so you repeat your order multiple times. I have been here prob 50 times so have a reference point. It is close to the house and good fast food or we would skip it

This location routinely leaves items out of your drive thru order, I’d say 2⁄3 of the time. Sometimes it’s something smaller like your salad dressing. Many times it’s your fries, which just happened again today at lunch. They also never give a receipt. Customer service is hit or miss. Today the lady taking the order let me slowly read off everything I wanted, then cut me off at the end with«just a minute sir». She then had me start over from the beginning. Everything was correct on screen however one of the fries was missing from the bag. The food is mediocre. My homestyle chicken fillet was very dry, as if it had sat under a heat lamp for quite a while(think the turkey on National Lampoons Christmas Vacation). You’d expect the food to at least be fresh around lunch time.

I live within walking distance of this Wendy’s and visit them a few times a month. The food is always fresh but the service can be a little spotty. While I haven’t had experiences as bad as the other two reviews, I’d be lying if I said that they’ve never gotten my order wrong but it’s only happened twice out of the numerous times I’ve been there. Perhaps they’ve gotten better since the last two reviews but I felt the need to comment. This location isn’t as bad as the reviews make it out to be.

Horrible… I work in the area, frequent wendys twice a week… Every single time im there the orders wrong. Ive started going inside some I can make sure its done correctly, but today that wasnt enough. The girl behind the counter, princess, had no idea how to work the counter, or ask me any questions regarding my order. After a ten minute wait for her to get it right, thier credit card machine goes down. Thier manager, clearly irate asks if I have anything else, I dont, only having 24 in cash. Fifteen minutes of him trying to run a card he gives me my food, telling me I should come back to cover the four dollars, claiming he cannot change the order, to remove a combo. Get to my car, three value menu items were entrée sized. through the drive through he asks me again for the four dollars saying he has fixed his cc machine, I point out that his employes mistakes would actually require me to recieve money back. At this point he states«oh ill just pay for it out of pocket». I managed a sonic for two years, it really wasnt that hard. And when you have fustrated customers, you cannot show your fruatration. It was sad. And very unprofessional.

The food is good here but sorry guys you miss the 3-star mark due to poor service(hate to say it cause I like Wendy’s). Plus I see the quick tippers that have been here before me feel the same. I know where you are coming from, customer service is hard(been there, did it once myself) but it’s not rocket science. Golden rule, treat others the way you wanted to treated… it’s that simple. And always remember to serve with a smile, that alone goes a long way. =)
