Wendy’s

Went there at 2am Central. Had the best service ever. Super fast, with 6 full sized salads, burgers fries etc and all was cooked perfectly. The fries where salted perfectly.
Amazing job!

Decent food, decent service. Newly remodeled and very appealing to customers. Make sure to get a frosty, they are always good here, thicker than most other locations. Drive thru times have vastly improved and the friendliness of employees.

Today is 12÷12÷13 but this particular incident happened maybe 3 or 4 months ago. I work close by so I frequent this location. Usually get good food (for what it is) and good service. One day I go to Wendy’s with about a $ 25 order for some people at work. When I get back to the office I noticed a hair hanging on the inside of the wrapper. I took a picture of the hair and the receipt and completed an online survey. It took maybe an hour n half and I was contacted by both the store manager and a district manager. Long story short, I showed up the next day per their request they apologized and were very sincere. They gave me a FULL refund, for all the food I ordered that day not just the burger, then offered me whatever I wanted for lunch that day. Not just a value meal but whatever I wanted, frosty or whatever. THEN the manager signs the back of a receipt and gave it to me and told me my next meal would be on him as well and that all i have to do is present that signature to any employee. I’ve never had such a sincere and appreciative response to a complaint in my life. These folks really care about their reputation and their customers. LoL I know how this sounds but I promise you I don’t work there, don’t know anyone who works there. This store really deserves this review they went above and beyond. This store has earned my business for as long as I work in South Austin and am craving good quality at a great price.

This Wendy’s always blows me away. I don’t expect much from fast food joints in general, but this is really the high water mark as far as fast food goes. I work near here and stop in for lunch often. They are always busy and always moving FAST! You are pretty much guaranteed you food is going to be fast and fresh. I really think all fast food places should be modeled after this one. However they are motivating these friendly, fast moving people for the wages they must be making is genus.

I work nights and have been to this Wendy’s several times over the years. That’s over, now. Cold french fries virtually every time I went was the norm, but they were convenient to my workplace, and sometimes I needed a quick meal. Crappy service is the norm, but it’s a fast food window. I don’t expect people to inquire about my day. The food is served unreasonably quickly — the stuff had to be sitting there ready to go. Now finding hair in the salads… yuck.

This is a great place to eat, I mean really have a meal. One thing about this particular spot is that they are attention to detail about your order. I have had nothing but good eats here.
I usually stop by everyday around lunch to have coffee, they know me on first name basis and have my coffee ready before I order. The staff is always courteous and friendly, they will usually wait your table if it takes more time to prepare your meal, such as chicken.
But the Wendy’s in Bastrop– lets just say, do not stop at Wendy’s in Bastrop.
