I used to be an iPhone user. but recently I went on a trip to West Texas and into the mountains, and the iPhone started freaking out on me. not even the guys and gals at the Apple store could help me. so my friend gave me his old Android phone. first I took it to my provider, cricket, but they said that they could not use that phone, that it wasn’t compatible. The last provider that that old phone was used on was boost mobile. So I typed in boost mobile on Google Maps, and this was the first place it took me to. When I got there, I brought in my old iPhone and the old Android phone my friend gave me and talk to the man in charge, John. I told him my predicament, and he told me that with that kind of phone there was nothing that he could do without the SIM card. But then he told me about this awesome deal that boost mobile was having, that if you bought a new phone you get the first month of service free. I told him that I could not afford a new phone and activation, and so he told me that if I sold him my old iPhone, he would give me a brand new $ 120 Android phone, plus activation, for only $ 80. and that’s plus the first month of service with boost mobile for free, because of the deal that was currently going on. on top of that, he was so nice that he even threw in a free car charger and a free memory card for my photos on the phone. so I got all that, a brand new phone, plus activation, plus my first month of service free, Plus a free car charger, & a free memory card, all for only $ 80. Seriously, this man was so understanding and generous. if I had paid full price for everything, there is no way I would have been able to afford it. Fixing my iphone would have probably cost way more, and if i had stuck it out with the old android i had and came back a later date, it would have ended up costing about $ 70 just for activation and plan. So i got SO much more for only $ 10 more. he’s very easy to work with, and seems like he will help you out if need be. I will definitely be referring him to my friends!

I visited voicecom Wireless last week to purchase a new iPhone. The staff was polite and friendly but was not able to transfer my SIM card from old phone to the new one. This could not happen. In this process, even my old iPhone could not work when the technician tried to insert a SIM card back into it. I went back to the shop but they don’t want to take the responsibility to fix the iPhone that became mal functioning as a result of their own action. They want to charge me extra for that. My old iPhone which I bought in March 2014 cannot be used unless I spend some money in getting it fixed. Would not go back to this store.

THEYREPAIR, SELL, BUYNEARLYANYCOMPUTERORPHONE&THEY’RENICEGUYS&CHEAP, TOO Owner John Heyra’s Voice Com shop is a real jewel in this high tech city. Not only can you get just about any refurbished computer or peripheral or phone or tablet there, but they can repair yours, too. And he is the most friendly and solicitous guy you’ll ever meet. When I need a computer repaired, need a memory upgrade, need a new OS installed, etc. this is where I go. And no matter what I go there for, the price they ask is always less than I expect. If I have one of my daughters with me, he never fails to give them some little gift. An added bonus. .. the atmosphere of this place is a kind of dusty surreal. .. like Carl Conrad Coreander’s book store in The Never Ending Story or Wiseacre’s Wizarding Equipment in the Harry Potter books. .. maybe there’s more to this place than meets the eye?
