Uptown Valet & Transportation

Just had a great experience with Uptown Valet! We rented a van that fit 22 people. It came decked out with an ice chest, party lights, flat screen tvs, surround sound with access to radio, Pandora, and a personal iPhone. Our driver was no less than amazing! He loaded and unloaded all our heavy coolers, bags, and noodles. There’s tons of space to put your personal bags and trunk space for whatever you want. I’d highly recommend Uptown Valet for any big group occasion you want to make memorable!

Thank you to the amazing staff of Uptown Valet for taking such great care of our bride this past weekend! As a Wedding Planner, you hope to never have to deal with a broken down vehicle on the day of the wedding but things can and will happen. What makes an excellent company like Uptown Valet stand out is knowing you can trust how they handle it. Not only were they offering a temporary solution by sending a replacement vehicle out before even calling to let me know what was going on, they were on the phone coordinating with me to make sure the needs of the bride and her family and friends were taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked out of the hotel to find not only the vehicle we thought was broken down had arrived, but an additional vehicle was there as well. The team of drivers were professional and prompt throughout the day and their vehicles are clean and comfortable.
Previous to that, I had a bride whose venue had hired a no name valet service. On the night before the wedding, I received a call from the venue that they had not been able to get in touch with this other company for the last two weeks and weren’t sure that anyone would be showing up the next day. One phone call to Arrington and he gathered a team of people together and showed up the next day to the rescue. I am so grateful to work with him and his team that I can trust and would without fail recommend Uptown over and over again to my clients!

Yesterday was my wife’s birthday and to enhance such a special occasion, it was her first night out after giving birth to our daughter last month! We had dinner reservations, and I felt that getting a limo to take us there and back would really help make this special day more memorable.
Uptown Valet came highly recommended from people I know and they even found a way to exceed our expectations. The car came 20 minutes early, which I appreciated, and when my wife stepped outside to see the limo, she almost wept! Even though I was the surpriser, they found a way to surprise me with a bottle of champagne inside. Our driver, Jacob was such a nice guy and so dutiful! He told us to text him when the waiter gave us the check, and he was right there waiting for us outside the restaurant impressing the other patrons wondering who’s limo it was.
I am no celebrity, but Uptown Valet surely made us feel like big shots last night and played a major role in giving my wife a birthday she’ll never forget! I look forward to the next special occasion I can hire them again.

Horrible customer service!!! Used their services for my wedding, guests arrived 15 minutes after the ceremony start time and when I called to piece together the events that led to the delay, I was met with defensiveness and different stories from different employees. I was told by the owner that he would look into certain things and get back to me that day. That was over a week ago and I still haven’t heard from him. Would most definitely NOT recommend this company!!!

First of all, they were the best deal in town, offered exactly what I wanted, I didn’t have to pay for more than I needed. My friend was in town and we wanted to have reliable transportation that was clean and comfortable. Uptown was great! They sent me email confirmations. Will, our driver, notified me when he was on his way. He was on time (even a few minutes early). He was a good driver, very polite, and did a perfect job! I will absolutely use Uptown again and recommend them in the future!

These guys are great… Arrington is 110% service oriented and delivers on his promises. Spencer (our driver) did a great job and had a great sense of humor with our group. I’m definitely using them for my group transportation needs in the future.

Uptown Valet was awesome! So accommodating and easy to work with. I had a wedding and contacted several valet companies. Arrington was very professional, called and emailed promptly and gave a really fair price. I wanted special ‘wedding valet’ signs that he let me drop off to him earlier in the week, and they brought them to the venue for me. So nice! I would use them again and again. Very pleased with Uptown Valet. Thank you very very much.

I had a party to plan. It required a valet. I call another local valet company, leave a message with their receptionist and ask to be called back ASAP to get a quote and a reservation. Did I ever hear back from them? No. Fail.
So I search again and land upon Uptown. I got a reservation and a detailed invoice right away. They did parking for a 50-​guest party at a house on a busy, windy, poorly-​lit, completely maddening street. I felt bad for them having to deal with that street, but they were awesome about it. The valets were sweet to everyone, worked well with the party hostess, and took care of everything smoothly and without any problems. They’re everything I could hope for out of a business. Big ups to Uptown.
