Nice crew until a female client points at a defective practice and requests a refund.
TR can pour a driveway, can stain concrete, but they are clueless and very little experienced in the detailed and time consuming technique of high shine diamond polish. TR did my slab in dry, damaging it in several areas due to poor densifying and lack of careful detail polishing and taking their time to see the detailed advance of the work. A killer journey of 15 hrs. one third of them in the dark will never match the care of 27 hrs. of careful work by square foot. Concrete is man made and soft and the art of diamond polish requires target solidifying as the work progresses and continuous clean up to advance the process on the mirror shine according on how is each area doing. The best TR could do was to work on a dust storm leaving ¹⁄₈ inch groves 6 to 8 inches wide in all edges of the living room. They would not patch deep holes and several areas were left crumbling. I asked the owner twice to come and see the result and I got no answer… until several weeks latter I hired a lawyer and prepared to take this whole issue to court.
The TR worker sent to «detail» the mess created by a hand tool sitting for long time in the edges creating groves ¹⁄₈ of an inch deep and 4 to 6 inches wide around the living room with deep engraved circles, told me he had only a few months on diamond polish and that nothing else could be done to better what was done. All looked raw and unfinished when not plainly damaged. This guy came on his day off with his family waiting in the car on a hot morning waiting for him to go to the beach… for a job that required time, lots of time and attention.
Before the job all went great but changed into extremely poor customer care. Is not a good idea to blame all in the client´s slab that a second contractor and a third contractor determined as defective practice and partially worked and one of them was able to work the same slab in an outstanding quality level. Is not a sign of maturity to refuse to own a mistake and is pitiful to twist the truth of what was said to accommodate a convenient story where everyone is at fault but TR.
TR refused and discredited a third party inspection on the quality of work performed, inspection which is not uncommon in America when there is a dispute on a job performed. TR claims they were prevented from doing repairs they would never be able to do at the quality level of what the second contractor did.
Bottom line: find someone else to do your high shine diamond polish. Let them do what they know what to do. Bottom line; business exists because of clients requesting services, so is common sense to care for the client. Not to end in court and having the whole file shared with the Better Business Bureau both in Austin and Houston.

Todd and his team did an excellent job restoring our driveway. The stained concrete links like new. They were professional, timely and willing to work with us to achieve a design that was attractive and affordable. I have already referred several of my friends.
