Jack is the absolute most helpful person I’ve ever worked with to mail a package, bar none. We’ve come in on multiple occasions and he is always super nice and tries to make sure we get what we need at a (somewhat) reasonable price.
I’ll agree that the shipping rates here are more expensive (–1 star) but the service is the best in town.

Previous reviewers are spot on about the service. The staff are genuinely nice every time I go. However, I stopped in today in a crunch to pick up a birthday card for my mom and they told me that they ran out. Also, they charge twice as much as USPS to mail a letter and prices are typically higher to ship packages. As much as I like the folks here, the price is just too hard to justify. For my money, I prefer to mail off my packages and letters at the post office or stop by FedEx Kinko’s who seem to have more services and supplies. I only stop here to drop off my prepaid UPS packages and because it’s convenient to where I live.

A Cut Above!
I usually go to the driving range across from the Domain on Saturday mornings. Today after I had finished I took a quick drive through the Domain and noticed a brand new UPS Store. I had some business documents with me that needed to be copied and faxed so I stopped in.
This new location is one of the nicest UPS stores I’ve been in — very clean, well lit, and organized. I was helped by Jack Cook, the store manager, and within minutes my documents had been copied and faxed. Jack went out of his way to be helpful, as well as to give me a quick tour of the other services the UPS Store offers. I know I’ll be taking advantage of their notary services in the near future.
There’s a UPS Store that’s closer to my office but the atmosphere and service don’t hold a candle to this one. From now on I’ll be heading back to the Domain!

I was traveling through Austin on business and realized I had to make some color copies of a proposal for a client. I was staying at the Weston in The Domain and luckily a UPS store has just opened there.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating, I was able to get my copies made and even overnighted them to my client in under ten minutes!
