The Spine and Rehabilitation Center

I’ve been seeing the same chiropractor for 10 years, and would have happily kept going there if I hadn’t changed insurance. I found Dr. Deily on my provider list, and was a little disappointed with my first visit. I was expecting her to crack my bones and let me get on with my day, but she explained to me that she has a different approach to chiropractic care. She wants her patients to not need to come back every week, which I shouldn’t have found so surprising, but I did.
Dr. Deily’s treatment includes 30 minutes of massage (Try to see Victoria at the Spicewood Springs location, she’s the best), then a visit with a physical therapist to work on strengthening exercises. She gave me a bunch of moves to do at home, and I have to say, they are really helping. Then Dr. Deily will give you an adjustment if needed, but more often than not she just does some stretching and massage techniques, which have reduced my pain and dependence on chiropractic care.
If you are looking for a basic bone cracker and don’t like to do homework, you probably won’t like this place. But if your goal is a healthier body and spine, this is the way to go.

I had a recurring back pain, and went to this place largely based on Unilocal reviews. Not impressed! I could only see a PA (physician assistant), who prescribed an MRI and Xray, never called me back, and billed over $ 400 to the insurance company for a visit which took about 5 mins. I had to call the radiologist for the results.

I was recommended to Joie Flees several years ago after a Dr. recommended seeing her rather than opting for surgery, since I was apprehensive about any surgery.
The office was very clean, well organized and the support staff very friendly.
Joie’s technical expertise and focus on me as a patient was excellent — I actually didn’t think I would ever live without back pain the rest of my life. She took an holistic approach in my treatment with a combination of hands on work, spinal adjustments and physical therapy both in the office and at home. The results were amazing! I am now pain free now that I live with her recommendations.
I highly recommend the Spine and Rehab center, and specifically Joie Flees. She will also have a special place in my life!

Really terrific staff at the Spicewood Springs location that has my shoulder healing up quickly and enjoying my visits despite their talent for torture.
