First I need to say I really, really, really don’t like going to the dentist. Like really. I don’t like having my mouth open for long or how dry your tongue gets, or the sounds of the utensils, or the strangers so close to your face. I haven’t been in years, since my wisdom teeth were taken out. I do brush regularly and take care of my teeth, so they are in pretty good condition. I had to go to the dentist for a cleaning because I am pregnant, and I was nervous! I worried that it would be uncomfortable or even painful. I was seen by Teshana Murray D.D.S, F.A.G.D. and I had a really great experience. She is very personable, gentle, and quick. She removed some staining I had that I thought was never going to go away… or at least not go away without some serious work. I was so surprised when I looked in the mirror afterwards because the staining was totally gone! The staff and dentist used noninvasive techniques and it wasn’t uncomfortable at all. The x-rays were easy and the cleaning was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. Painless! Fast! I was impressed. She took the time to show me how to floss properly and gave me tips on how to care for newborn gums. We also went over the teething process. I plan on going back and would recommend this location and dentist to anyone. The staff was really nice too.
