The McClintock

I lived at The McClintock for a year. I mainly chose it because it was close to work, but I really enjoyed living there. The management was on top of every issue no matter how small. They were continually upgrading, too. Painting the outside. For any issue you received an email regarding how any maintenance might affect you. Very professional. The people were also friendly and having the pet grounds was great. I loved the workout room and having a garage was awesome. I will miss it.

I was drawn to the McClintock because its a small community, close commute downtown and to my office, appears to be safe, has a great looking pool AND you get your own attached garage! AND… you cannot beat the price! It’s extremely reasonable compared to some of the other places in the area.
Greg showed me both 1 bedroom layouts and talked me through the differences in features and price. He answered all of my questions and my concerns. I’m moving here from a large complex on south congress that has been a nightmare to live at. Safety, privacy, and neighborly respect were the top 3 things I was looking for… as well as a reasonable rental price. I believe I’ve found all of these at the McClintock!
I’ll update my review again once I’ve lived here for 6 months.
