This is not an actual shop or location. The owner of the shop works out of her house to which you can’t bring your items to her directly since her husband will not allow it. Which is weird since who want’s to just hand over their items to a complete stranger in a parking lot, ummm not I. So since there is no actual store you can reference and she requires you to meet in random places I would not recommend this business.

Sharon helped me order a replacement trampoline mat after mine ripped. The price seemed very reasonable, the time between order placement and delivery was short, and the customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend Tenderfoot for anyone needing more bounce in their life!

Tenderfoot did an excellent job modifying a beautiful pair of boots I had bought. The calf of the boot was too narrow. Tenderfoot inserted additional leather and added a zipper. The work is great, the boots now fit, and I am a happy camper!
