Delicious! I ordered the beef fajitas and a breakfast taco with egg, potato, cheese, chorizo, and beans and they were both incredible. I could eat 3 of the beef fajitas especially. I would have loved to have a lime wedge to spritz over the fajitas but the flavor was still very great! It was prepared in less than 10 minutes and much worth the wait. Thank you so much! I am from New Jersey and would love to have a food truck like this to go to on a whim back home! :)

I’ve been twice and am in love with the beef and chicken fajitas. The creamy salsa has a little heat, I like it. Fajitas are $ 2.50 and burritos are $ 7. My husband really enjoyed the carne asada burrito. To me it’s was good, not great. There were too many ingredients on it, however the meat was very flavorful and tortilla shells were so soft and fresh.

We stopped here on the way to climb for some quick breakfast tacos after the great reviews. They were good, but nothing to write home about or go out of the way for. I’m not sure where the 4 stars come from. Maybe they are the best(in that area??) Had the migas tacos with corn tortillas. They were a bit greasy for me. My man had the egg & potato with flour tortilla and said they were just OK. Not sure we’d go back with some other great taco places in Austin.

Great breakfast tacos all day… haven’t had anything else from here but I bet it is good too! $ 2 for most everything on the menu. Not much in the way of seating but it’s a taco trailer on the south side, what did you expect?

Stopped for some lunch and wasn’t disappointed! The tacos are only $ 2 each and made fresh while you wait. The beef burrito was huge for only $ 7! Taqueria Las Rosas #2 is a must eat on 1st Street South Austin one block north of St. Elmo’s. Bring Cash.

Technically, the place is Taqueria Las Rosas #2… but the tacos are DEFINITELY #1. I love the migas and good ol’ bean and cheese… but the real kicker is creamy jalepeno salsa. TO. DIE. FOR. There’s about a five minute wait from order to ready, and the food is worth twice as long. $ 2 per slice of taco heaven… enjoy!

This place is incredible. Their potato & egg tacos are wonderful. Many a taco trailer can destroy such a simple thing, and Taqueria Las Rosas has never let me down.

This tiny little taco truck in the parking lot of the Shamrock gas station makes perhaps my favorite breakfast tacos in all of Austin. Their migas taco is really, really great. Delicious red & green salsas(they seem to run out of either one or the other every day, though). All of the breakfast tacos at Taqueria Las Rosas are $ 2(i think). Fast, cheap, friendly, AWESOME! EDIT: They’ve only got a single patio table and about three chairs next to the truck, so plan on taking your meal to go!
