One of the few taco trailers in Austin that sells tacos at a reasonable price. Pop into the convenience store to get a beverage while you wait a couple minutes for your fresh tacos. Take a seat at the picnic table under the shade tent and enjoy a great South Austin establishment!

I was sad to see that they had moved. Well I just found them again. They are still on Manchaca but further south near Stassney. They are parked in the lot of the store where Full English is located this is also near Strange Brew.

Best breakfast tacos in SW Austin, Don Emilio’s takes some time so call ahead, but the order is always fresh.

They make some damn good breakfast tacos here. $ 1.50 per taco? That’s it! Try the Papa Ranchera and you won’t be disappointed. The salsa is amazing as well, but be careful with the red one. I like my food spicy, but it caught me off guard and packs a punch for sure. I highly recommend eating here!

Don Emilio has the most delicious tacos in south Austin. His taco truck is close to Strangebrew in the parking lot of the Manchacha Food Mart, not just south of Ben White as the Unilocal map shows. He’s always in a good mood, tacos are always amazing and ridiculously cheap, and his kids are often hanging with him after school. This is what worries us, these tacos should cost more, for real. Don Emilio has a family to support so throw him some extra love and order three tacos instead of two.

Good tacos, really cheap and really fast. The owner is what did it for me though. Extremely kind!

Fresh pico, lovely covered patio with a cool fan, Christmas lights, beautiful hand made wooden benches. Hot sauce was killer! The tacos were great! I’ll be back for sure:)

Stopped by today on a whim and in a rush, had 1 al pastor and 1 beef fajita, they were hot, TASTY, loaded w/plenty of meat, the fajitas were actually marinated and tender, the salsas nice and spicy, and service was fast and friendly. Waaaaay better than the other taco stand half a block down(Michoacán I think it was called). Cons: Not much of a variety for non breakfast tacos and closes so early. And to be nitpicky I’m used to 50 cent tacos in Mexico so $ 2.00 felt steep especially for my appetite. On a normal day I would have had 5 or 6.
