Managers really need to address issues in a timely matter. Also if the staff alerts a manager ahead of time and both female managers just look around and talk between them. That’s very rude. Not professional customer. Even if male or female. It’s shouldn’t matter. A good manager would have address issue and resolve situation. Great job manager Roy and the hard work of Ciso. He deserves a raise.

Very rude! I had an issue that the young lady said she couldn’t help me with. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told that the manager said it couldn’t be done and she was in a meeting. She didn’t even come out to speak to me. Who does that???
