I came in to add my father to my family plan. He travels in and out of the country a lot. So he needed his service for only a month. When I asked Austin, the rep who was servicing us, if I could cancel my out my father’s line after a month, he replied: «I am not going to add him if it’s only for a month.» When I asked him why, he replied with«it’s a waste of my time.» He refused to service us any further. I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for over a decade, and I hope that this is an isolated incident with a person issue rather than a company policy.

I don’t care what anyone else says, this store is terrible. The people are nice and friendly however ‘inept’ doesn’t begin to describe how ridiculously clueless they are with their own product. My wife and I went home with two new iPhones however mine would not work when I got home. I called the store and told them my old number would not port over to my new phone. My phone had a local number and I needed to keep my out of state number to be eligible for ETF reimbursement. The guy I talked to didn’t seem interested in helping me at all, he told me they couldn’t figure out what went wrong and if I wanted a working phone I needed to just use the local number. He assured me my ETF would go through with no problems and the change of number would be explained by the store in their system. Well, 4 months– no ETF reimbursement. And THIS store is passing the buck. Telling me there is nothing they can do and if I changed my number I can’t get reimbursed. Almost as if the conversation I had with them never happened. Take my review to heart, be careful with these people if you plan on getting paid back and if you run into this situation tell them your returning your new phone if they don’t figure out a way to get your old number ported into your new phone. My suggestion: go somewhere where tmobile is willing to see a sale through and be there for support. That won’t happen here. Oh, and they couldn’t figure out how to download my pictures into my new phone. Good training tmobile.

Were very helpful with helping me find an old charger that they no longer sold and I was impressed with how well the associates spoke and worked with customers.

I went down there this afternoon to get a new phone. I had done research online and already knew which phone I wanted when I got there. I was greeted right away and got great customer service from the staff. Dylan helped me and he was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Went in to see if I could get a new phone and most of the staff seemed completely disinterested in me. I don’t know if it was because they were not very knowledgeable about the type of phone i was looking for(non-smart phone… I is a poor grad student again and can’t justify the extra expense) or because I was looking at the el-cheapo phones and not the shiny smart phones. Ended up having much more luck online. Sucks that I had to sacrifice the customer service tho.

Bought a phone charger here and the service was outstanding. I wish T Mobile would carry the iphone so I can finally unshackle myself from AT&T. The T Mobile guy came to ask if I needed help even though they were very busy. Other times, I’d rather shop on my own without much assistance, but this time, I needed help figuring out which charger to buy. The T Mobile guy(now I wish I got his name and recommend to management that they give this guy a raise) was very knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. This kind of service deserves to be commended and compensated well. If I were shopping for a phone, I’ll definitely go with this particular T Mobile store. I’ve been to many in LA and this is a dream store in comparison. So if good customer service is so powerful and essential why do most businesses are devoid of it?

Best customer service I’ve had EVER. I purchased my Blackberry Bold 9700 at a T-mobile store off of William Cannon and S. Mopac(also good customer service) and even after two hours, my data plan had not started yet. I dropped by this one since it’s right by mi casa with a simple request, «hellllpppppp meee!!!» Josh came to the rescue! He kept trying to reboot my phone until it received the data service and never once did he suggest that I go home and just wait. I also had problems sending text messages and he made sure to take a thorough look and fix the problem. He also went above and beyond to help me set up my email, Blackberry apps, and answer any minor questions I had. I didn’t feel like he was bothered by my silly questions at all. Great, great service. Another note: I called T-mobile’s customer service line a few days back to inquire about purchasing a Blackberry and what all would come with it. She noticed my mom had received one for Christmas and asked if my mom and asked how she liked it. I stated that my mom merely texted and took pics on her phone. The operator actually told me that my mom was paying too much for her data plan and lowered it to the $ 25 plan($ 10 cheaper). Realizing that a Blackberry was too high-tech for my mom, she actually suggested my mom return the phone and purchase a CHEAPER phone with NODATAPLAN! 5 Star customer service, in the store and through customer service, for sure!
