First, this is NOT a T-Mobile store. It is a franchised location owned by some company called Verge Mobile Second, it’s the slowest moving store you’ve ever been in. Infuriating. Third, there are always at least 3 employees there but I’ve never seen more than one of them walk out of their back break room. When I ask I always hear«They are doing inventory» Fourth, they always look at you like you are from Mars if you ask any question related to something other than buying a phone. Technical support? Nope. Product Support? Nope. This facility genuinely sucks.

Shaun at this Tmobile store provided me with amazing customer service, went above and beyond my expectations and had me out faster than expected.

I have had T-mobile services for over 4 years, and I will be honest I have run into some bad customer service within that time frame. I started going to the Anderson Lane location about a year ago when I broke my Samsung S3. The manager John their was great and he helped me walk out of their with the phone I wanted! He has also helped my mother on several occasions when she kept experiencing receiving defective phones from the 3rd party company… I recommend this store to anyone that has T mobile or is thinking of going… You won’t want to go anywhere else! They really do go out of their way to help you the best way they can!!! Ashley

Slow service if it’s smoke break time forget it. very nice people but think management might need a team meeting on service skills and expectations of t mobile. Disappointed today went in to buy a new cell phone my sound went out only person on floor was a gentleman helping a Spanish speaker, two outside smoking two others had to go to back. Four people waiting. They are friendly but need leadership? Friendly but slow. It’s unfortunate because they are slow close to me but south Austin William cannon and mopac store I will return to worth the drive

This T-mobile location has saved my butt a couple of different times. Now, when I first moved over, I had been lured by the exciting new no-phone-contract-required bit. I ordered my SIM cards online and all of a sudden, with no SIM cards in sight, my old AT&T account was dead. Wait, what? To top it off, one of my old phones was still locked into AT&T. So I freaked out and headed over to this location. The people who worked here had my issue diagnosed within five minutes and had me with two new SIM cards(one for each new phone) and a plan for getting my old phone unlocked. They were quick, helpful, and funny. Tonight I ended up with another new phone(don’t ask) and had to get my SIM card size changed. They had me in and out quickly again, and were friendly(and dancing) to boot. If only all people in customer service were this helpful! Thanks for everything.
